For business bank accounts is very unreliable customer service actually zero they only listen not act at all their chat support one of blunder only chatbot nothing else phone support not able to solve anything. Is very small when u intent to pay to ur employees and vendors u will lost ur money with no one able to help customers service say they can not do any help. They only do small scale banking not helpful at all I spend lot of time but ending up with problems. Senior management need to see how customers services handling customers they block payments every transfer to ur own bank waste of time. Big hassle I shutting all my accounts

Hi just opened my business bank account it was quick, easy, very help full customer support specially Leo Charlie he was very helpful replying was quick. I am very delighted to have Tide business account. 5 star.
Just opened a business account with Tide and an instant saver - it was described as a 'FREE' bank account. There seems to be no way to get money out without being charged to take it out. They also randomly took money out of my account which I have no idea what the charge was for as i am only putting money in!!! Tried to contact someone thro messages and getting nowhere. Apparently you have to pay extra to actually speak to someone at Tide! No agent response, been many hours. Not impressed honestly and worried i've made a big mistake trusting Tide. Interestingly, their response states I can always speak to someone yet on the app you have to sign up to a payment plan to do this. I signed up for a free small business account. I am now discovering it is not free - over 5 transactions, even incoming monies they take 20p off you for each one. Second, if you try and withdraw any money from an ATM in the UK even you get charged £1 each time... not exactly free then is it?! AVOID...

I’ve used Tide across several businesses, and they are by far one of the best banking platforms available. I would love to see support extended to car dealers in the future, as this would make the platform even more valuable for my main business.

I have had their account for a few weeks, tried to USE today because i knew that I could do multiple transfers every day without delay. However, after making two transfers, they hold the third one forever, and even their support does not respond at all, every bank has support that answers on time, but with them, I can't call them, can't get through their live chat.
