I was assisted by Varun Singh a business advisor with Tide. He called me when I was unable to take the call but he was patient and ararmged a time to talk with me. I was still busy and I was not inna position to really handle the call but we persisted and Varun explained the awesoem benefits upgrading me account could give. I’m at a loss for words. This guy has gone above and beyond for me. I love Tide and I love how supportive they are of our business. Lovely lady called Petra called me very professional and explained clearly
So far I have tried to set up a new business account and register my LTD through them, it’s been several hours and I’ve not had a reply from them I’ve been in a chat waiting almost 40 minutes to an hour for someone to contact me, this is not what should be expected, I understand there can be delays, but I have sent two more messages since and I have not had a response even from the automated system, to say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement

Very polite and great detail in explaining everything regarding the max account
Opened a business account with Tide, used their platform to create and send my first invoice, 30 days later when the payment lands they hold it due to security checks, ok fair enough can happen every now and then. Once it was cleared I transfer left over money after business expenses to my personal account and guess what they hold it, support is crap always waiting for a specialist team to deal with the case.
Best sticking with high street banks I am looking to close my account once i have received my owed moneys
