The watch arrived in perfect condition, in its original box, and well packaged to protect it from damage. Excellent communications, including postal tracking details. I searched online (worldwide) and this company gave the cheapest price for the watch model I was looking for, with free delivery. The watch is as described - and it's an extremely lovely watch. I will wear it with pride. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Great customer service and order came as promised
Ordered a gift for my dad, a Casio edifice. Paid £25 for DHL delivery and the order was promised to take 24hr to 96hr so I was sceptical why the status of the delivery hasn’t changed for the first day. I messaged the company on instagram, Trustpilot and gmail and their team responded on all 3 platforms and informed me that they don’t work on Sunday hence why the delivery status didn’t change and reassured me that the delivery is going to come in the expected time as promised. I received it on the third day as promised, gift wrapped with a note as I ordered and well packaged. Happy with my order and and appreciate the team for their efficient customer service.
