Great prop firm and amazing customer support!

I submitted my payment and received the funds just 3 days later, everything went smoothly and as expected. The overall service has been excellent, and I’m really enjoying trading with their broker, Tradovate.

What really stood out for me was the customer support, easily one of the best I’ve experienced from any prop firm. They were quick, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow and trade successfully with the TickTickTrader team!

Just get paid again today

Just get paid again today, it's my 8th payout in TickTick over the past 3 months.
My payout has been completed in 3 business days without any issue again.
Thank you for treating your traders in a fair way.

Update (01/05/2025)
I'm informed that they are now looking at my past trading results and evaluating whether to move me from a sim account to a live account. It would be a real honour for me to trade with their real accounts if that happens :)
If it doesn't happen, no problem :)
I'll continue my trading journey in TickTick.

Update 2 (21/05/2025):
Almost 1 month passed and my account is still frozen because of “your account is under review for reviewing for transition to live account” reason.

This is totally ridiculous and not logical, it shouldn’t be that long. Most probably they are pausing me because of a reason but I still couldn’t understand why it is.

I don’t want to lose my faith against TickTick.
I wanted to inform and update you guys

After thoroughly reviewing your case, we can confirm that your account (TTTD428102) experienced only a soft breach of the Daily Loss Limit on March 26. Your account remained active, and there were no trades or activity recorded on March 25, the date of the reported system outage. It's important to note that while the outage was publicly acknowledged by us, Tradovate, you did not access or use your account on that day.

Regarding the trading activity in question, system logs confirm that you opened a position with 10 contracts, not 1 as you mentioned. This was the cause of the breach.

In addition, your account was purchased on March 22, and our updated rules — including the revised payout structure — came into effect on March 23. These rule changes were announced publicly across our platforms, including our website, Help Center, and Discord community, on March 15, one week prior to your account purchase. Your first login occurred on March 26, which implies your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. No payout request has been submitted from your account to date.

After purchasing a direct account

After purchasing a direct account, in the site of company was not to terminate the account immediately by violin micro scalping rule, there would be an inquiry between the company and its customers, in 23/02/2025 there was an amendment in the site that whoever violated the rule would be terminated directly automatically without informing the subscribers, and the accounts of many traders were terminated, including my account numberTTTD401313. After that, they made several changes to the rules and canceled the micro scalping because it was a stupid condition that prompted many to change the company. Now they want to regain trust again with many amendments. I had 5 previous subscriptions with them, but now this is the last time .they changed the rules in their favor only.

I passed the evaluation three weeks ago and have not received a single email from TickTick Trader since. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve had a really smooth experience with TickTickTrader so far. I have a funded account with them, and recently made a withdrawal — the process was fast and hassle-free, and I received the funds quickly.

Their support team is responsive and helpful, and the platform itself is professional and easy to use. I truly appreciate how transparent and reliable they are.

I definitely recommend TickTickTrader to anyone looking to get into funded trading. They’ve earned my trust!

The direct to funded account was nice…

The direct to funded account was nice with payouts only needing 5 trading days at 20%. My only drawback is you have to hit exact 20% for 5 days for payout. If you bumped it to 21% it would make it easier for weekly withdrawal. It would also be nice if payout processing could be overnight so I wouldn't have to wait week for payout to trade again.

Unfair Rule Changes

TickTickTrader personally called me to help resolve the issue. I really appreciate the effort—hands down the best customer support I’ve experienced. That said, here’s my original experience for context:
I had a very disappointing experience with TickTickTrader. After taking just one trade, my accounts were locked due to an alleged rule change that prohibited micro scalpina. It feels like an arbitrary decision to justify taking accounts away.

After a week, they told me they were reversing the rule and that I would possibly regain access. However, I never got my account back because, apparently, it was not within the specific time window they were reinstating accounts. Despite this, support dragged me along for a while, making it seem like I might get my account back, only to deny it in the end.

This was my first ever account with them and my first ever trade, so there was no history of rule violations. Just a sudden change that conveniently benefited them.I do not recommend TickTickTrader.

My experience with Tick Tick Trader was…

My experience with Tick Tick Trader was amazing from the beginning. Now I received my first payout from my Live account. The payout was processed within two hours. The support available for the live traders is great.

I tried out more than 20 prop firms before and Tick Tick Trader is my favourite among them.
