Ease of purchasing

The process was smooth and effective, so no complaints on deliverables from a ticket purchase process. The concert itself was a bit misleading on the lineup.

Avoid TIckPick at all costs!

I recently ordered a ticket for a performance of the acclaimed Broadway play “Giant” that was specifically listed by TickPick as being in the Center Orchestra Row F at The Music Box Theater. Instead, I received a ticket in row AA, which is one of the worst places to sit because it is located below the stage, forcing you to crane your neck to see the actors. (I knew this because I am very familiar with the Music Box Theater seating.) I immediately asked for a refund upon receiving this incorrect ticket, but was given the runaround by the TickPick customer support team. First, they tried to tell me that it was an “upgrade” so that I should just accept the ticket as is. I pointed out that this was patently false. When I insisted on a refund, they said they would give me a ticket in Row G, but that also turned out to be yet another false promise.

Finally, after numerous calls to TickPick customer support, I was able to secure a refund, and I subsequently bought a ticket directly from Telecharge, as I should’ve done in the first place.

Bottom line: TickPick is a classic bait-and-switch operation! Do not, I repeat do not use this site unless you are comfortable receiving tickets that don’t correspond to what you ordered!

Great show! There needs to be a better way to get people into the facility. I understand purses need to be checked but we stood outside in the cold for 30 or more minutes. I had a clear purse so once I was checked I flew through the process. Just a thought when purchasing tickets online, right before you complete the process remind folks of the purse requirements and moving your tickets to your wallet another reminder.

Tickets were available for the event that I wanted and at the price point I was looking for. Seller completed transaction in a very timely manner and had no issues after completed.

I highly recommend using TickPick to purchase tickets! I saved a ton by not having to pay fees and my tickets transferred to me within minutes!

Honest ticket prices and I love being able to see the view from the row/seats when purchasing! I’ve just started using TickPick and it will always be my go to! Great place to order tickets. Prices are typically less than most ticketing apps. It’s my go to for events and parking at stadiums.

We got great seats at a fantastic price. The site clearly showed where the best bargains were. My son got to watch a game closer than he had ever sat before and he even got on TV!
