I purchased tickets for an event with…TickPick

I purchased tickets for an event with specific seats and the seller did not have the seats advertised. I contacted customer support and was told a seller can sell tickets even if they are not the seats advertised. They said as long as the seats are in the row and area that’s acceptable. I don’t agree with that theory at all! The seller should be honest about the seats advertised or the buyer should not have to pay. I ended up buying from the venue and paying for tickets I didn’t accept.

What we do guarantee is that tickets purchased together will be seated together.

We understand you expected specific seats, but the tickets you received were consistent with the details provided in the listing. Sellers are not permitted to misrepresent their listings, and there is no indication that occurred here.

It was an easy process. My only suggestion is to have information that explains clearly what color are seats that are still available.

The ease of purchasing the ticket

The ease of purchasing the ticket, the transparency with up-front pricing with all fees included & visual aid to see exactly where you're seated as well as the view of the court.

Other than not being a fan of the delayed receipt of the actual ticket 24-48 prior to the event, I'm a BIG TickPick fan!
