1 star is to much. We reserved tickets for Park Guel and received tickets for another day. A day that we couldn’t go the park. There was offert no sufficient solution.
Never again with this company!

You’re a scam. You sold me an €8 ticket for the Uffizi Gallery, even though I should have paid only €2 as I’m under 25.

You claim that all taxes are included in the €8 price, but when clicking on the information button, there is no explanation that you are retaining an amount equal to 300% of the actual ticket price.

Moreover, the tickets were presented as official, and the website itself was not named after your company but after the Uffizi Gallery, which is misleading.

I will report your website to a consumer rights association.

Lastly, you only redirect me to this Trustpilot page if I click on 5 stars in the email you sent. If I click on 1 star, the link redirects me back to your own website instead.

No option for giving 0 stars. This website gives the impression of being an official site for the venue. I booked 2 tickets for the Roman Pantheon. This company charged €24 for the tickets. The tickets emailed to me showed the cost was €5 per ticket. When I emailed the company to find out why it had charged such a higher cost it said it was due to commission charges. This means they actually charged the EXTORTIONATE AMOUNT OF 140% COMMISSION. I advise anyone looking to book through ticketgotourism.com to not part with any money on this website

Very easy to book the pantheon with this operator but beware. They charged me €12 pp using this site but if booked directly with the pantheon it was only €5? Best to just queue on the day!!

I bought tickets for the Pantheon online. Turns out the sell them more than twice the official price in the Italian website. Basically, this company is just a scam to make money out of a legitimate and most valuable cultural institution.

Great experience, very simple sistem to book tickets

A few days before the International Women’s Day, I pre-booked tickets for the entry in the Uffizi Museum in Florence. When I was at the museum, I discovered that women were admitted free of charge, in that specific day. The initiative had been promoted by the Ministry of Culture months in advance. I disputed the payment for tickets that, on that day, should have been free for women, but I didn’t received an explanation nor a refund. In my case, customer care did not provide adequate assistance. Everyone can draw their own conclusions

Fantastic monument, you can really feel the inclination while climbing the stairs to the tower.
Remember that no bag is allowed - even the smallest - but there is a free specific locker at 30 secs from the tower that allows you to drop your stuff. Top !

I bought tickets for all the monuments; it was easy to do online. Entry was organized and easy, each place was in good condition, the area was safe, and from the train station you can walk to the area where the tower is located. There are good restaurants nearby.

The price is more than double the official price and the crew for the people with tickets is 3 times longer the normal
crew to the ticket office. All these informants are not given. Do not buy tickets here!!!

It was much more expensive because the reduced ticketprices were not passed on. Not clear that we bed extra tickets for the houses.

The views and walks were amazing. The museum was particularly impressive but some of the major artworks were on loan elsewhere which was disappointing. The church is impressive, unfortunately the boys choir was on hiatus despite being included in the ticket I purchased.

Simple ordering process, clear structure on the home page, easy entry to the cloak room and the tower.

Too many people, long queue for the Tribuna, like 1 hour queue before closing. I suggest to indicate better visiting time for each room or floor

I purchased 2 tickets for the Uffizi Galleries (Ticket Go website called uffizigalleriestickets). The official price is €16 per person (€32 total), but I was charged €70 in total (€35 per ticket).

The website looks like an official provider, which is very misleading. During the purchase process, there is no clear or prominent explanation that they are not the official seller or that such a high additional fee is being applied.

Only after purchasing does it become clear that you are paying a large markup.

Customer service refused a refund, referring only to terms and conditions.

This is not transparent and misleading!!!

I thought I was buying my ticket for the Pisa Tower on the official website, because the design got me wrong.

The ticket sold buy this site was in fact 7 € more expensive than the official ticket.

Don’t be fooled, go to the official website of Pisa Tower (Opapisa) to get your tickets !
