Half order delivered. Asked for help from Sam at Tiboo who said she'd get back to me as the delivery company said they had delivered already. Maybe the delivery persons family has a load of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets now?
Odd way to treat your customers not calling back
will not order again. Hoping they refund me the lost part of the order.

I’m loving my new ‘natural’ Tiboo bog rolls…no unnecessary packaging, delivered post-haste to my local pick up store…a huge pack of 48 will last me a while (I hope)…thank you to Dorset Nursing Supplies for alerting me to this company…I’ll be ordering kitchen roll next!

Soft Toilet tissue compared with other eco brands but there are not the same number of sheets per roll

I bought the bamboo toilet rolls and some kitchen roll to try and find it’s excellent quality. Delivery was very quick too. My second order was for a 48pack of loo rolls, and again delivery was very quick.

Love everything about this company! Their products are such high quality for affordable prices and is good for the planet.

All my orders have been processed within an hour or two of ordering them and they always arrive so quickly.

Never had any issues at all and it is a company I will buy from again and again.

Sadly, I haven’t had chance to try this product because their courier DHL is dreadful. After four or five attempts to deliver to me, and various attempts to contact them, which is impossible, I cancelled my order. Tiboo staff were really helpful in trying to resolve things for me and then processed my refund really quickly, I have no complaints about them at all.

I have tried most of the pure bamboo toilet papers for my digester tank . This is my roll of choice . Thin strong and doesn’t seem to block the ‘run’

I ordered Tiboo after finding it considerably less expensive than a rival company. The loo roll is great quality and the paper is very soft and thick; however, the rolls are much, much smaller than the competitor and so don't last as long.

Much softer than a competitor of yours,really lovely rolls,which last ages.
Love all the different patterns and colours of the wraps too-look stylish in the bathroom.
Good for the environment,as no trees cut down!!

I haven't used them yet but the cloths seem great. I purchased them because I was looking for an eco friendly cleaning option but they were posted in a plastic bag which is why I dropped a star.

The items were delivered the next day. Easy to set up my account.

Taboo is doing well and I like most of their products but im trying the makeup removal pads and I don't like them. Too harsh.
