I like the soft feel
I like the soft feel. I don't like the limited choice of ways to pay. I also do not like the fact that the carrier did not deliver to my flat door. I eventually found the parcel by the main entrance. I also dislike the fact that my 'delivered' notification was posted earlier than than the the beginning of the delivery slot time. I also don't like the fact that I complained about it to Tiboo soon after the incomplete delivery was made, but received no reply.

Hi Ruth, many thanks for your feedback and I will look into how your complaint was missed. In regard to our courier, they are supposed to deliver to door and 9 times out of ten they do this. Unfortunately deliveries are out of our control and we rely on our partners to do the job correctly, please accept my apologies and we will investigate further.

Arrived quickly.
Great loo rolls. Package well, thick paper that doesn't tear when using like all the other 'eco' papers, weve tried all the 'well known' brands, this far out classes all of them, and it doesn't block the loo!
Will definitely be signing up for a subscription.

Great customer service, great product
Double length rolls, very absorbent, and slightly bigger than other manufacturers' sheets - all tick boxes for me. There was a slight issue with my last order which was sorted out quickly, efficiently and generously, so the last box - for excellent customer service - is ticked too!
