I ordered four times items (SMA-E…
I ordered four times items (SMA-E Spectromerter, then Optical fiber, Collimator with lens and a Mini Light soruce). All is perfect and nice and smooth.
I strongly recomand the company.
Thank you for these affordable cute and smart instruments.

Software will not update
Received the ThunderOptics SMA-E Optical Spectrometer, they even shipped a cable with it that got lost in the order
Software works well; but then it required updating and continues to give an error message
I informed Thunder Optics about this error, and all I got was "We have shipped lots of these units, and no one has ever had a problem - we will not respond anymore for assistance"
Not only did they not wish to even work out the problem, they refused to even accept any further email(s) - their last email was
"OK now, this is the very last email you will ever receive from me"
I gave up on them, please save your money - they do not care about helping customers

Goods never arrived.
Super poor customer service. They took payment but never delivered the goods. No receipt nor delivery date was issued. As soon as i made payment all email communication stopped. I have asked Paypal to cancel and refund my order.
For what is a pretty simple selling process for clearly an intelligent company, i'm left disappointed and confused.
