I bought the lifetime subscription, it is a gamble because at $39.95 US for 2tb it will not be sustainable, I hope that with the seed money they are getting by doing this they can grow the site & compete with the big boys. Time will tell but even if they only last a year I think it is still a good bet

I bought the lifetime deal trough Stacksocial. Numerous errors occur when uploading files, it's not clear why those files won't upload either. The only thing that shows is an exclamation mark.

The items on the roadmap for this year have not been delivered and there is no new timeline.

There is no info on the website about the company at all no about us or contact info.

I wonder when they will either do some updates on this BeDrive script or close shop soon in 2020. Either way I hope they will communicate to their existing userbase about their plans soon.

Works well, has some bugs as mentioned by others, but can work through for the price.

Biggest bug is that i can not upload files under 5gb but over 1gb. They seem to upload as others have mentioned but then dont show up.

I originally gave a poor review because of an upload issue that was resolved. For the money, this is one of the best buys on the market. The browser interface is easy to use. Simply drag a file to a folder and the upload starts. Files can easily be organized by creating folders. If files need to be shared with others, simply create a shared folder.

Very Lousy Service! The uploading of Files and videos extremely slow and always hang!They do not answer your inquiries at all! The level of service very poor! If this forum is able to attached the screenshot of the inquiries that I have made through their chat online to proof that they do not answer or reply you at all!

I have been using this service with 4TB of storage for months now with absolutely no problem until today where I cannot LOGIN to "My Drive"

I access it every day and other than being slow it has worked fine for me until this morning. I sent off an email to tech support and have yet to hear back, but it has only been 30 minutes, so we shall see.

The thunderdrive website is not accessible for registration.After paying USD39 for lifetime 2TB, I can't even register. This is a big time scam.

It does not work at all. It does not upload all files if you are moving big folders (all files are under 5gb). It appears that everything is copied successfully but in fact there are missing files. If I try to download a big file I get connection timeout(and no... I don't have a slow or poor internet connection). After I deleted everything from Thunderdrive it still appears that I have some space used, even if there are 0 files. Maybe they don't erase the index of files appropriately. They are hiding the locations of their servers... The support nonexistent, they are always telling you that they'll be back to support you, but nothing happens. I have asked my money back but they don't want to refund.

And btw, you will not be able to report all bad posts... please just improve yourself or support the consequences.

Horrible!

-Low upload speed.
-If you upload multiple video files after taking a day to upload 3 files it will not show them in the drive!
-currently, I want to log in but it's not working!

What's the point of having 2 TB of storage when you cannot use it.

I purchased the 2TB subscription a few months ago through Mashable.

At the beginning it was usable, even with the limitations the other reviewers already pointed out.

I reported two pretty basic bugs (limit of uploading 100 element max in a sub-folder, and the 'sort by' bug) and nothing has been fixed to date. I did not receive any reply of my bug reports.

The promised apps have not been shipped to date.

The worse though is the slowness I am now experiencing.
Every time I log in, the first screen spins for minutes before I am able to access my files.
This is not due to my internet connection as my average speed is 16-17Mbps at all times.

I reported this to support, including screenshots and video evidence, but they are not replying to my emails or chat requests.
There basically is no support whatsoever.

I would get a refund if I could, even a partial one. I really regret my subscription.

I just purchased a Thunderdrive.io 2 TB lifetime subscription on 05/12/19 from Fossbytes.com. I used the activation code and activated the subscription on the site. The message said it will take 24 hours to activate. However I am still not able to enter the site even today 11/12/2019. I sent an email to them regarding this but they still have not replied.

Useless scam. Promises one time payment for storage for lifetime and doesn't work at all. Totally waste of money stay away. There's a reason Google drive and Dropbox charges for their services. They just work. This doesn't.

Awful Awful Awful! Do not purchase. I got ripped off by buying through Mashable. Cannot move files, duplications, constantly hangs forever, and they will not answer emails. Their service does not connect with anything, no syncing. Stay away.

I am not sure if forgot my password or my password is not working with thunderDrive, but if I reset password - email is never sent. tried contacting from chat, email and message but no response.

I have been waiting since 2 weeks now.

I'm reading through some of the comments and wondering what the complaints are. I've uploaded several files and folders in their entirety. I've done this from my iMac and my Surface tablet. I am able to access files from my iPhone. For the price for lifetime, this is great. The only complaint I have is that I cannot play my music uploaded from my iPhone but I really don't care since I listen to very little music.

This offer is a SCAM! Stay away from!
Service doesn't compare with what they promise. Low speed, horrible UI and files cannot be downloaded after upload (if the upload worked out for once). Forget about money-back policy, they just will delete your account and deny it if you dare to request your money back.

Nice! Thunderdrive just reported two of my reviews to Trustpilot. And this shows exactly how these Scammers (Thunderdrive.io and .eu) are working in order to try their drawing reputation at least one nosehole over water. They report bad reviews with ridiculous reasoning and additionally place fake five-star reviews (Check all the short five star ones with basically no particular information or meaning --> FAKE)

This is also how the work with their scam tactics. They offer you a great cloud storage for a fantastic price, but what you get is an almost no function platform with no value. And if you dare to stand up for a refund of your money, the simply delete your account and laugh you in the face. Don't fall for their scam and spend your bucks for something valuable.

Purchased 2 TB at a low price. Uploaded one file. Tried to upload a folder containing pictures but found that I need to upload each file individually.
Uploaded four files of 900mb. Took few hours. The message upload success arrived. But the files are not there. The files just disappeared after upload. Forgot to mention one upload stopped when 3 minutes were left without any reason.
There is no link to contact customer support.

Now I'm able to upload folders and folders appear in my drive with all files on PC. Didn't try on mobile plateform yet.
This was after I contacted their online chat service.

Worst purchase ever. Had a multiple issues with a service, starting with downtime, multiple errors, unable to upload large files etc.

Their service is indistinguishable to the tiny detail from a $39 app:

I assume that is what actually installed on their servers.
There is no company information whatsoever on their site (is there any actually?).
Also their roadmap is not updated from a day of purchase, including "Bug fixes expected ASAP"
This all drives to conslusion that this is a scam/semiscam moneygrab low quality product that have no intention to improve in the future.

I was using (more like testing) service for around a month, and it's quality is below resonable, with no improvements over time. There is absolutely no way you can use the space you purchased due to low stability. There are reasons to consider this issues will not be solved in foreseeable future:

1. The company (if any) behind the product is unknown. Stacksocial gives this link as a contact with seller support: (google: planagramco) . The site (google: planagram) (which is very similar to thunderdrive site in design, so there is likely a connection) is a service for scheduled instagram posting, also shows no information on any legal entity behind it. Planagram is also sold by Stacksocial, but the seller is different. The Planagram service reviews are also not good.
2. There service itself looks like a simple mass-available plugin (described above).
3. No feedback from developers. No blog, twitter, etc.
4. Not a single changes to main page/service since day of purchase (looks abandoned).

So I assume following semi-scam scheme here:
1. Provide bare minimum functioning service;
2. Sell the hyperbolic product for a luring price as a "just launced" action (a believable story, many companies accumulated critical user-base with silimar offers);
3. Reject all claims because service is functionung "somehow". But this is like buying a new Ferrari but getting a used Toyota instead.

Beware, these are smart cons. I felt protected by PayPal, but my claims were rejected. They were obviously very confident in their talks in PayPal dispute.
