Can't download files I've uploaded and there is no customer support!!!!!! Don't use guys

No longer able to download files from ThunderDrive.io. Stay away from this company.

Thunderdrive is scam, it works for me a bit of time, then when starts to upload another bunch of photos it says password is wrong I tried many times to reset my pass and never received any email from them. I looked everywhere inbox junk they never send me the reset link!! I emailed the support and didn’t get any response 🤨.

As far as i can tell this is a scam.
I guess it may work for some people, just enough to avoid being totally obviously a scam, but it's never worked for me, and seems I'm not alone.

If i try to log in I cannot.
I could at first, and i have not changed anything.
And .. if i try to reset password, I get 'user not found'.

They 'found' me well enough when they first took the money ..

Avoid.
Money lost.

Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I would give them a zero if I could. They won't answer their email, their chat doesn't work, can't down load my files, can't delete my thrash, part of the time my files are gone and can't upload my files either.. What good is a cloud service if you can't recover your files. I have nothing good to say about this company. Don't waste your money, there are too many good cloud services available.

Cannot download uploaded files - useless. that's what you get for "cheap cloud storage" for lifetime I suppose. But still, it's interesting you can upload files still but cannot download them. I created a 1.5tb junk data zip file just as a test and uploaded it, max'd out my storage usage. But was unable to download it, or any of the more valuable backups I've uploaded months ago.

While the idea of using cloud storage is a great idea, thunderdrive.io makes it a nightmare. I purchased 2TB a couple of years ago and last year purchased the 8TB deal. Nothing has worked since that purchase. Everything I had uploaded can't be downloaded, reviewed or shared. I've notified the "Support Staff" more than 10 times with no response. My recommendation to anyone wanting cloud storage is to stay very far away from thunderdrive.io

As many have already noted, it worked for awhile but not any longer. Can still log in and upload files/data, most of the time. However, cannot download anything. Have tried contacting them but no response.

AVOID this company; they take your money and run

I have bought the plan of 2TB, for some time it was working fine but now I have more than 50GB of data which I cannot access. I have been trying to open or download my data but the website says "Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found." and "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." respectively. These people are just taking the money without the service, I have written multiple emails from their chat windows and email id: ashley(at)thunder-drive.intercom. No answer so far, I am not sure where I can claim my data and where to report for legal action. I will give up the plan and money without claiming if I am able to download my data.

I suggest everyone not to buy any plan on ThunderDrive.

Scammers, 2 TB bought and can no longer access any of them.
Still have the account and can log in, but all files give errors and all is GONE.
No reply from support

I bought 2TB, and after some time I cant connect "No such user". Terrible. Waste my 100Eur.
it is SCAM 100% DO NOT TRUST your money.

Two years ago I bought a 2TB lifetime license. It worked well for some time with limited functionality. Hoever since half a year I cannot see any of my files any longer. Even the SSL certificate of there european server was not updated, so https is not working. No response on support questions.
Very unreliable. It seems they collected their money and are gone.

I am so angry about what's happened to my files that I cannot believe it! I purchased 2T storage for life. My files have been up there for 2 years. Most of them are not files I need to access frequently, but occasionally, there is something I really need. I was shocked to find that I can no longer access any of the files I have stored there. I can log into the site, and I can even see folders and files listed there, but I cannot preview, open, or download any of my content. Error messages are displayed when I attempt those actions. Guess what! No response from the chat help and no phone number listed anywhere for customer service. Where do I line up for the lawsuit?

I have the same problem as everyone else it seems, I can’t access any of my files anymore and there is no customer service.
I suggest that there is enough people out there that have lost money to form a class action against them.

I have purchased 2T lifetime , it was extreamely slow still I backed up my photos spending days. Now none of my data is available. After login I am able to see the directories and file names but none is visible. If I try to download it says"Whoops, looks like something went wrong.".
Support is non functional and I lost all my files. Old memories are very costly. I should have used a couple of HardDisks instead.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wish there was a ZERO star setting! I purchased 4TB in 2019 for a lifetime. At first things worked well, but I noticed in the last few weeks, no files are able to be downloaded. I get the error message: "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." I have written to them daily for WEEKS requesting help but never get a response. Their chat window is unmonitored even by a bot. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON'T WASTE IT ON THUNDERDRIVE.IO.

I'd give it a half star if it was possible. Just stopped working after I payed for lifetime account. I can see my files but not able to download or do anything. Waste of money

I had a lifetime account, took almost a lifetime to download a few gigabytes, then l upgraded as l needed more space, paid, then they terminated my whole account for no reason. No refund, and just cannot contact them. Not even worth giving half a star

Bought 2TB storage in Nov 2019. But till now I didn’t get any value from it and it is useless. There is no support system for contact and they didn't answer any questions. Still, they don’t have mobile or Desktop apps. Totally wasted my money. If I want to upload many files the system does not work properly.

Unreliable service and company not ever answering support calls/emails/chats. I cannot access my files for several days now, I can't get any help from them, so what's the point? A cloud service, any service, should be there when needed and this one is regularly absent. Steer clear!
