I have only given a one star rating as I can’t go any lower. This company are just scammers. Their website says you can return any unwanted items for a full refund, but when you actually request a return address to send the substandard item back, you are met with firstly a response of 15% refund or you will have to send the item abroad. On their website under the FAQ it says they ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UK, so why would they be asking you to return them abroad?
Secondly, when you refuse their offer, you are met with silence for a few days, then a string of emails going back and forth (9 in total) still evading the issue of a simple return address. Do not buy from this company. It is purely a scam. They describe their products as luxury items, but this couldn’t be further from the truth.

Ordered sweaters from this "luxury" brand. Their size metrics are one size smaller than other clothes sellers. Additionally they are misrepresenting products on their website. For example I bought what they are marketing as 100% merino wool however the clothes themselves have no lables to confirm that.
There is a number on their website however it goes to voicemail and nobody returns your call.
It takes them 4 days to return an email from their customer support.
When I asked about the above issues I faced they said we can only provide a 15% partial refund.
Do not buy from these people.
