HOWEVER this is no reflection on Thrive products. I am still transitioning my cats food to try new alternatives to the mass produced products off the shelf.

Great food, happy cats
Been using thrive for a few months now and it's food my cats happily eat and leave empty bowls! The wet tins are a good size, esp since one of mine is on the petite side (and the other is an absolute unit on a diet.. so they're great sizes in both respects!) Means there is no excess food left around for the chonk to graze on..
I have 6 flavours on rotation after trying most of the flavours i could find (they arent a fan of beef & veg, they still ate most of it though except the peas haha! But the chicken and liver is a hit. Ocean fish is by far the fave, as well as the mackrel. It looks and smells like actual mackrel as well. Not processed rubbish. Actual chunks of real fish in there.
No more smelly litter trays too, unlike the regular supermarket brands which seemed to upset their tummies... what a nightmare that was... But no more!
Does cost a tiny bit more than standard food, but absolutely worth it in my opinion.
They're happy and healthy.

Flexible ordering delivered to your door. Cats like the food!
The range allows you to order boxes of the tin foods as well as individual tins offering great flexibility. They were delivered very promptly and my cats like the food! May consider getting a regular order. Saves carrying these bulky heavy items in the monthly shop.

Pets matter
The cat food is great and my cats love most of the tinned food combinations and definitely the treats and dry food - so a great quality product and reasonable price to pay for it.
I have ordered before and the order has arrived promptly but what stood out with my Thrive experience this time was their reaction when I emailed to say that despite sporadic messages or 'excuses' from EVRI who were to deliver the order, the order had yet to arrive. They immediately responded and must have spoken to EVRI who advised that the order would arrive that afternoon but 40 minutes after that message told me that I would be advised when it was out for delivery..... I went back and my order was 'reordered' at no charge to me and without waiting longer - it had been almost a week since I had made the original order - and a different courier selected; I was advised to put a note on future orders that I would prefer another courier to EVRI.
I was impressed that my pets and my order mattered over the profit for Thrive.
