Better save your receipts! This company continues to ask for receipts which is a pain! What a mistake choosing them to manage this program!

I bought a standing desk and asked for reimbursement from my company through ThrivePass. The process was quick and easy.

All of the receipts I’ve submitted have not been sufficient. I’ve called and was not provided much help either. I was excited to use my account for copays and such. But i keep getting notifications that they need more documentation. I have submitted up to 5 receipts. Like someone said they’re quick to take your money.

Quick and easy to upload my proof and get reimbursed. I think ThrivePass is fantastic, and it's one of my favorite benefits.

Such a great benefit. Easy to use and lots to chose from.

Everything is great. The only complaint is that I can’t search for reimbursement items, I have to dig thru all the categories that I guess it might be under to find the right one. Then when I’m digging I click on one, when I click back it takes me the whole way back to the beginning. I wish I could click on the category heading like fitness to see what’s under it, that would be more helpful than scrolling it jumps around too much.

This is a great benefit and very easy to submit information for reimbursement. AMazing too is how quickly it is done.

After submitting my request for reimbursement, which was super easy, there were a couple of questions that needed to be answered. The staff member who emailed me the questions did a great job being clear and concise with his question which made it very easy for me to respond. The very fast reimbursement directly to my bank account was fantastic! Well done ThirvePass!

Getting reimbursed was relatively easy. Navigating the site for a vendor reimbursement is a little tricky. That is what prevented me from given my experience five stars. In addition there was no warning that I would be taxed at a higher rate for my reimbursement. I was taxed 40% of the $500 reimbursement on my most recent paycheck.

The Thrivepass interface took me some time to understand. Once understood, I could easily go into it and submit expenses.
