I recently ordered a Norway Skeleton wristwatch and a pair of the classic brown polarised sunglasses, and I couldn’t be happier with them! Both are high quality — the watch is heavy, feels solid and well-made. The sunglasses look great and the lenses are amazing. Order came in 2 days, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’d happily order again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Tokyo Orange, and firstly let's say, the watch is incredible. Value for money is second to none.

There was a slight hiccup with shipping, but when questioned, everything regarding this was answered with professionalism and courtesy.

Working for a business where I deliver 100's of parcels a day, I know things go wrong from time to time, but my experience with Thomas & George has not put me off using them again.

They were responsive, offered resolutions, and when my watch arrived, I was not disappointed at all.

I bought the watch because I'd seen a friend of mine had one, and was hugely impressed.

Do shipping companies let us down from time to time? Yes

Did Thomas & George rectify this? Yes

Will I tell my friends about them? Yes

Will I use them again? Yes

All in all, a very satisfied customer!

The watch is good for the money, but the customer service is shocking Jamie rice who promises the world and doesn’t deliver, bought 4 watches and one was sent wrong and nothing was done to rectify it, and one stopped working and my emails got ignored so I’m out of pocket £100

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - Returned over a month ago and still NO REFUND
When the watch arrived it wasn’t for me, so I returned it as per the returns policy well over a month ago now and have still not received a refund. I had spoken with a Jamie around 2 weeks ago who asked for tracking details etc and I sent these over instantly. I am now being ignored and not hearing anything back from multiple emails. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY

I recently bought the Tokyo Green watch from Thomas & George, and I’m beyond impressed. The build quality is top-notch – elegant, solid, and clearly made with care. It looks even better in person!

But what truly sets them apart is the outstanding customer service. Quick responses, genuine care, and smooth communication made the whole experience a breeze. I felt valued from start to finish.

If I could give 50 stars, I would. Highly recommended for anyone looking for style, quality, and a brand that stands behind its product.

Just receive my watch and I couldn't be happier, it's a pain to try and find trustworthy places online for watches, but I've searched and searched and this is one of them, absolutely great

Such a high quality set of watches. I have 3 of these & highly recommend them. Whether it’s an everyday watch or to finish off an outfit for a special occasion, I have always got a Thomas & George on my wrist.
Service has always been quick and never had an issue with a purchase.

It helps more so when the name branding means something personal too.

I ordered a card wallet and a rose gold watch from Thomas & George, and I am absolutely made up with them! I bought my watch a few weeks ago and opted for the Kingman 43. The company were fantastic to deal with, correspondence was prompt as I asked a few questions about the watch before I ordered. Delivery was really quick and the quality of the time is absolutely brilliant, I’ll be ordering another one asap, can’t recommend highly enough plus supporting a local business which is always important.

Love the quality of the watch. Will definitely buy another one in the future.

Bought a watch for my boyfriend and it is such good quality, I was hesitant on buying one as everyone wants big brand names these days but this watch looks like one of the expensive ones these days I’ll be buying more that’s for sure, for my uncles and guy friends! Easy and reasonable priced gift! .. very happy thank you!!

I urge everyone to don't buy their watches, I ordered 13 days ago, I haven't received it yet, neither they are sorting this nor issuing me my refund. Instead of this better to try from Amazon.

Very ovderdue review on my part as I've been purchasing from this company for over a year now. Their watches are fantastic and at insanely low prices, I've now currently got 4 of them in my watch box and am looking to buy one more from the new Berlin collection. Really good quality for what you pay for and looks amazing with so many outfits as well.

Aside from this, I did have some shipping issue with one of my orders but the custoemr service team was so swift in helping me resolve my issue I alsmost felt glad I had raised it! They sent me a free watch in addition to what I originally ordered.

On another more recent occasion, one of my watch batteries ran out (Kingman Watch) and I emailed the customer service team. Without hesitation they got back to me helping me find a solution and gave me the option to choose between them covering the repair costs or a replacement watch entirely.

Overall I do intend to purchase more from here in the future, thanks again to Thomas and George. Definitely deserves more recognition

I ordered this watch for my nephew for Christmas after some heavy hinting. Its a great price point for a watch but I did wonder what the quality would be like as always when ordering online. The watch is great, really solid, good quality and looks just as advertised on the website. Delivery was fast and overall a very positive online experience.

Best watches out there hands down. I bought a watch in july for my holiday to qatar and let me tell you now the design of This watch is perfect fitted my wrist like a glove and the compliments just kept on coming. Without a doubt I have found my go to watch designers and I’m never looking back 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The watch came in undeniably more beautiful than it was on the website, immediately fell in love with it. Didn’t have an idea it was semi automatic at first but I reached out to one of the staff he/she explained how it worked and I haven’t had a problem with it ever since. Also took it to a store to get some of the links on the band removed to be able to fit my hands perfectly and everyone kept on complimenting how beautiful the watch was and the automatic system too. I’m sure they will be getting for themselves too because I told them where to get it from and that is just a few of the compliments I have received so far. I ordered it over the weekend and by monday the order was processed I had my watch with me first thing Wednesday morning.

Shocking customer service.

The first watch I ordered from them arrived over 3 weeks late. I had to chase them up weekly in order to receive it.

I stupidly ordered from them again October 31st... as of today it still hasn't arrived and they've ignored several emails.

The watch I did receive from them is great but you can't trust them.
