Great app and customer service. But would suggest allowing customers to generate statements when they require instead of monthly, in times of emergencies.

My late wife past away last February, and they kindly called me a few weeks later to have her card removed from the joint account, however they still carried on charging me for the joint account rather than a single account - i have just come off the phone to one of their advisors and they told me to change it, i have to close the account and reopen it, however i will have to set up all the direct debits again as it will be a " new " account !!!!
Amazing to see how many 5 star reviews after i made the above post !!! :)
