Holiday was advertised on Travelzoo, contacted THG, holiday was as advertised (which is often not the case) The person I dealt with was informed and very helpful and willing. Very good customer service, very efficient. The holiday is not until October so hopeful all goes smoothly.

A great overall booking experience
All the information we needed was given promptly and easily understood. Phone calls were answered quickly and efficiently. Booking process was very relaxed and straightforward. Personal touches were excellent.

Paid £264 to thg to book seats in January for trip in September received tickets 12th September seats not booked Company blamed computer. My contract was with THG and I do not think nthe service any good I think thg should refund the cost of original seats and stand the cost of the seats we had to pick

Hassle free booking !
Gareth at THG has booked our holidays for the past 5 years, he is utterly professional and always helpful. Off to Corfu tomorrow, on the Trans Alpine express in January and Thailand in March, all hassle free bookings. I have every confidence the holidays will live up to the usual standard.

Fantastic personal service
