Excellent service from beginning to…
Excellent service from beginning to end. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Had my windows and doors fitted
Had my windows, front door and patio doors fitted yesterday by Archie. He was an amazing l, hard worker, polite and very chatty. The whole service from start to finish was exceptional. From the guy giving the quote, to the one measuring. However Archie did come across an unforseen issue, but due to his knowledge he was able to work around it, and still do the job.
Very fast service and helpful staff
Very fast service: fitters Kieran and Steve were very friendly and efficient putting up my new fascia, soffit & downpipe which look good. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful.
My dad had a new door fitted yesterday
My dad had a new door fitted yesterday. The man that fitted it was polite and courteous answering any questions my dad had. The new door looks amazing dad is very happy with it. The aftercare is very good. Mr p Clarke.
Hard Sell
We are 75 year old OAPs and were contacted by The Window Hub and arranged for a quote for 3 very old sash windows to be replaced with UPVC ones. A very nice older gentleman called Terence turned up on the dot as arranged to measure up and quote a price , which he did. But then came the “hard sell” which was very surprising and unprofessional. The initial quoted price
dropped considerably after minutes if we ordered
immediately. A red flag for sure. Then the manager was called on speaker phone who gave out the same long drawn out spiel pressuring us to buy now. Then a reduction in deposit was offered-all very hard sell. Of course we always get several quotes before we decide and will not submit to hard-sell techniques. It completely put us off using this company and they should completely review and revise their sales training.

Nice clean job fair price
We are very pleased with the quality and fitting of our three windows all at a very good price.
The fitter was prompt, polite and hardworking. The job was neat and left clean and tidy. He communicated any necessary and helpful information.
We received good guidance and communication from Window Hub, and from both the salesman and the surveyor. Would definitely recommend Window Hub.
Many thanks

Dissapointing exprience
My experience with Window Hub has been frustrating from the start. I first met with them in January 2025, and a surveyor came out in early February. I ordered four windows, expecting a smooth upgrade from my six-year-old windows, which were working fine. Instead, it’s been months of problems and delays.
On installation day, I was told all the windows had been checked in advance. However, the French windows were fitted with handles on the outside – an obvious mistake, especially as the window is on the first floor and should never open from the outside (unless by a burglar on a ladder). It took two visits just to sort this.
Since then, there have been repeated failed attempts to get things right. At one point, the factory cut the hole for the vent in the wrong place, causing it to catch on the frame. A new sash was ordered (twice), but the brackets were too weak and made the window impossible to clean – which was one of the features I had specifically wanted. The so-called “easy clean” brackets were no better, and eventually a completely new window had to be ordered.
Appointments have also been cancelled at short notice. On one occasion, I was told late in the day that a visit wouldn’t happen, only for it to be rebooked for a Saturday. The installer promised to come on his day off so I wouldn’t need to take time off work, but on that Saturday I was told again that he wouldn’t be coming due to yet another order issue.
Communication has been poor throughout. I’ve dealt with multiple people, all polite enough, but there was no proper coordination. I’ve wasted countless hours chasing updates and trying to get things resolved.
I chose this company based on positive reviews, which now I find hard to believe. This hasn’t been a one off mistake – it’s been problem after problem, dragging on for months. I had thought about replacing three more windows in the future and wanted them to match, but after this experience, I wouldn’t risk using Window Hub again.
At one point, Piotr from their head office offered me a discounted quote as an apology. When I compared it with a local family-run company, I found their premium windows were actually cheaper than Window Hub’s “special” offer.
For a long time I didn’t plan to write this review, but I changed my mind after discovering they had only issued a FENSA certificate for one window. After I raised it, this was eventually corrected. A few weeks later, I then found out the warranty was also issued for just one window. My first email about this was ignored, but after chasing a second time, Chris, the Operations Director, did finally resolve it quickly.
The fact remains: getting four windows installed properly and the paperwork corrected took eight months and cost me hours of wasted time. Based on my experience, I honestly don’t know how this company is managing to run a business.
I’ve given them two stars because, while the process was very poorly handled, everyone I spoke to was polite and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, good manners don’t make up for the repeated mistakes and delays.

I have to compliment The Window Hub
I have to compliment The Window Hub, especially there installer (TOM) for the South West down here in Cornwall, extremely curious, friendly, very helpful throughout my installation, well done Tom thank you.
Roger & Rye my Dog cheers.
A company to be avoided.
A representative of The Window Hub (a cold caller) called on me. He provided me with a brochure and arranged a visit in order to give me quote for replacement double glazing. On 4th September 2025 The Window Hub Training Manager called on us to quote for double glazing panels which had “blown.” He measured the damaged panels and offered an approximate quotation for both the 6 damaged panels and a quotation for the whole house window replacement. I asked him to confirm the quote was for all 6 “blown” panels. He confirmed that was the case. On 16th September 2025 I contacted their office to enquire when I might expect a surveyor to call on me to measure the damaged panels and give a written quotation. I was informed that they do not replace the damaged panels only the whole window. During the initial visit of the Training Manager I asked him whether they would be prepared to replace other individual panels as it became necessary. He assured me they would be only too willing to do so.
The person I spoke to on the phone said it was not their policy to replace damaged panels as their 15 year warranty would not be valid. He also said that they had considered replacing “blown” panels but discarded the idea. Obviously a decision not shared with the Training Manager.

One happy bunny.
From the start of placing my new window installation, thro to completion of everything, cannot fault any of the staff that I had to deal with.
Fitters were very professional in the standard of work provided.
A first- rate service
Their whole process, from sales advice right through to product installation is friendly, efficient and competent. The products they supply are first-rate. I have employed them on three occasions, and have no complaints.
Seamless experience
Seamless experience. From having the first appointment, to the measurements and final installation. Quality material and a first class finish. The best installers in Bristol by a long shot. Thanks.
Faultless customer service from start…
Faultless customer service from start to finish, with big thanks to Nathaniel; and faultless finish on the fitting, with a special shout-out to Garry who did a brilliant job. Highly recommend this company 👍
very professional installation
Great attention to detail and overall finish.
New door looks great
Very efficient
Very efficient, clean workers. Door and side panel look lovely and would certainly use the company again should we need anything else replacing. Would recommend to others too.
There was a slight issue with the lower panels being an incorrect style but this was rectified and the correct panels installed fairly quickly.
No high pressure selling and no B/S inflated prices which are miraculously halved!
We had been considering replacing our 36 year old upvc units for some time due to draughts and old failing seals and as luck would have it a canvasser from the Window Hub was calling in our road. My usual response to these guys is “thanks but no thanks” but this time after speaking with him we agreed to a visit from a sales person.
Anyway to cut a long story short after a visit from a very pleasant salesperson we agreed to replace our two bay windows and one standard window. We also wanted stain glass units for our newish front door and porch side panels.
Although not the cheapest quote, we had researched TWH and spoken to friends who had used them fairly recently and received very good reports about them.
On the day the two fitters arrived and proceeded to do an excellent job, cleaning up behind them and taking away all the waste.
Unfortunately the stain glass units had been made with a clear glass backing rather than opaque stippled glass we requested, however Window Hub admitted their mistake and although it took a number of additional weeks to correct and replacements to be made, this was done and they were only recently fitted.
My wife and I are delighted with the results and would not hesitate to recommend the Window Hub. No high pressure selling, no b/s inflated prices which then are miraculously halved!!
Just good quality windows, installed well at what we considered to be a reasonable price. What more do you want.
Friendly and Professional
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, happy to clarify questions, have a “family” and caring vibe. Not the cheapest quote but we felt we could trust the team they had and that they were focussed on quality, which is what we wanted. Allowed two days to complete work but managed it in one, retained features surrounding window that we wanted kept, neat and tidy, and did above and beyond details to complete the job.
Brilliant service!
All staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The product is outstanding, and the fitters were brilliant. I would recommend this company to anyone needing windows and doors.
Well fitted at a fair price.
We are very pleased with the quality and fitting and at a very fair price.
The fitter (Tom) was prompt, polite and hardworking. Hardly stopped all day. The job was neat and thorough and all was left tidy and clean. He communicated any necessary and helpful information.
We received good guidance and communication from Window Hub, and from both the salesman and the surveyor.
Many thanks
A brilliant experience with Window Hub…
A brilliant experience from the Sales advice, surveyor and fitters. Kieran and Steve did a fantastic job replacing the patio doors and the back door. They were extremely efficient, took away all old materials and did a great job tidying. Highly recommended
