Thank you Oscar for all your help! Oscar was and has been brilliant such a great service!
Everything was super straightforward and made as simple as possible. All I needed was a simple will and what I got was a basic simple will, no pressure to have products that at this point I felt that I didn’t need. All these aspects were clearly explained and help me gain knowledge around different aspects to consider in the future! Will definitely continue to rely on the Will Guys for these in the future :)

A huge thank you to Andy Irlam for making writing our will so simple and straight forward. We had been putting it off for a while and dreading the experience but Andy put us at ease straight away and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Great service, I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Rachael was so helpful
Had our first online meeting ( we were given the choice of face to face) with Rachael this morning. I was quite apprehensive, as aged 66 and 60, this is the first will my husband and I have done. Rachael was so lovely, had real empathy, a touch of appropriate humour and really put me at my ease. The whole process was so much simpler than I thought it would be. Rachael explained things really well and set up a trust and power of attorney ( both health and financial) for my husband and I. The cost was really reasonable when compared to what other companies have quoted and when you consider what the potential cost of not having a will would be.I would recommend Rachel, Zak and the Will guys, they made me feel at ease and it is so good to know that everything is now in place for us , though hopefully we won't need the will for many, many years to come.

I was really apprehensive about doing my will, following the recent passing of my husband. However Gill Hogg at The Will Guys was really friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and put me at ease from the offset. Gill explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what I was doing and was really responsive to any questions I had. What a pleasure it was to speak with and meet Gill Hogg at The Will Guys. She put myself and my partner at ease from the offset. Nicole was extremely helpful from the start. Appointments were booked around my diary and she explained everything in detail to put me at ease. No hard sell or offering things I didn't need. Nicole is passionate about helping and has so much knowledge, she was very professional throughout and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. Jenn has written a Will for my Dad and supported my Aunt and Uncle through the Will, Power of Attorney and Trust processes. I only wish I’d found her sooner to do my own. Can't fault the service provided by the Will Guys and Nicole translated all the legal phrases into simple explanations throughout.

All the way through Keith made sure I fully understood what was being discussed and I was surprised how efficient the whole process was.
