Terrible company. Rude

I often struggle to have high expectations for courses like this because so often it's all buzzwords that disappear from view when you finish the course. With West Peak however they ran the course in such a fantastic way and I genuinely felt everyone took a lot from it and there was something each day that really resonated with those on the course. Highly recommend and I have no doubt they are going to continue to have a lot of success with this.

This was a great course - diverse, engaging, and thought provoking. Andy, Jo, and Fran were brilliant, particularly when integrating their personal experiences alongside the provided toolkit and materials. This approach enriched the learning experience, making it highly valuable for all of us taking part, regardless of our respective levels. Everyone gained numerous valuable takeaways and actionable lessons to apply within their teams and roles moving forward. Highly recommend.

The course is excellent and this is down to the coaches who are incredible in breaking the workshops down and relating their elite experience to your business.

It’s engaging and inspiring. You and your teams will come away with so many tips and tricks which are simple to apply to the way you work and function as a business straight away.

Well we have now given our final presentations back to our senior team on what we have learned as a leadership team following our sessions with West Peak. I honestly feel that every person on this course has taken something of value away with them, regardless of experience level. It was refreshing to have our full team in the one room and realising that although we are spread across the country, and potentially isolated from each other, that we are in it together as a team. West Peak helped us to release this in us and more. Can't recommend them enough. Looking forward to putting all the learnings into practice now!

Solid program by these guys. Covered a lot of content involving leadership theories plus gave us the space to discuss specific examples, and also lots of interactive stuff to drill the point in and keep us engaged. A really well thought through program.

The structure of this course is very well planned out and keeps you engaged. I enjoyed all of the sessions and feel by the end it made me appreciate how every person should be approached differently and one approach is not suitable for all. I especially enjoyed session 4 with Andy whose approach made everyone engage in the topics and he encouraged people to elaborate on their thoughts. The course has also taught me the best way to make a paper airplane (team driver)

A great knowledgeable team with the right life experience to command listening to. Really had us dig deep, open up and reflect on what we needed to change, improve or work on in order to better lead our teams and be good rolemodels going forwards.

Very engaging and enlightening set of sessions. A great mix of different personalities delivering each session. Took a lot of takeaways which I will use.

We did 2 days of Train the Trainer with Ben and it was very insightful in how yo deliver a world class learning experience.
We saw in practice the good (delivered by Ben) and the bad (honest self reflection). The important part is that now I'm confident I can improve and grow.

Took part of the Train the Trainer course and definitely liked the experience. It was intensive but informative and very interactive. Ben was engaging and knowledgeable on the topics that were important to me. The material and the experiences were amazing.

West peak workshops are always different than what would you would expect. They challenge you, get you out of your comfort zone and transform learning into an experuence that involves a carousel of emotionns. I definitely recommend their progams.
