I am extremely disappointed with the mismanagement and lack of professionalism displayed by The Wedding Company Team comprising of Vanshaj and Mayank Narang during my son's wedding at Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida (25–26 February).

Despite repeated follow-ups, RSVP coordination, guest pickups, and arrival lists were poorly handled, leaving guests confused and us managing most of the work ourselves. Gift hampers were delayed despite multiple reminders. Key ritual items for Ganesh Puja were not arranged as committed.

During Haldi and Sangeet, there was almost no active team presence. Only inexperienced interns were assigned, and my family had to manage coordination, guest distribution, DJ, anchor, furniture movement, and operational tasks ourselves. Guest services, cleaning, and announcements were neglected.

Most concerning was the repeated harassment for a minor pending payment of ₹7,400. I received around 15 calls, including calls to my son, with threats that services would be stopped. This was highly unprofessional and distressing, especially when major payments had already been cleared.

On the final day, coordination issues continued, guests missed pickups, and the RSVP contact was often unanswered. Several vendor selections and services had to be arranged by us directly.

Overall, there was a severe gap between what was promised and what was delivered. The experience caused unnecessary emotional and logistical stress during an important family milestone.

I expected professional event management but was left handling most responsibilities myself.

I finally booked my wedding for next August in Rhodes. Suzanne has been a amazing from the start. Nothing is too much for her. So exicited now for the big day.

We booked our wedding with this company and to start it was all good had no problems arranged with them what we wanted and told them the numbers the week of final payment we got a phone call off one of the party saying the marlita where we was getting married wasn’t open so called company and they lied to us saying all is good no need to worry so we left it at that then we got another call off party member saying they had been moved to sister hotel so called back and they where directing it away from what we had asked so we held back on payment untill we got it sorted they moved us to sister hotel that was before we even got there once we gave payment we didn’t hear anything back off them we got to Cyprus and everything seemed smooth until we booked in sister hotel as two members of party had been put in marlita hotel even tho it’s been closed since Covid we found out off the wedding planner but once we had booked in the time we spent there was great and the couldn’t of been more helpful the sister hotel the wedding overall was amazing due to the wedding planner sorting everything for us when we was there the wedding planner was shocked at some of the stuff the company had told us as she doesn’t work for them the hotel we stayed in she worked for them and made our day special for us so we couldn’t thank her enough just look into it more when booking with this company as they will help you out to start but once they have your money they ain’t any help what so ever

Really happy with this company. I am not getting married, but wanted an inexpensive monogrammed clothing item. Stumbled on the site by accident, placed the order, and they delivered a quality item. Would definitely recommend if anyone needed monogrammed stuff.

Christel Winther took the money for planning my wedding up front and then did not deliver any services. This is a recurring problem for her and she has had to close her company for a second time. Do not invest any money with her or rely on her for any of your services. She will take your money and not deliver and you will lose all your money. several of her ex clients have been contacting me about their similar experience.

Made a lot happen in a short time. Very happy with the service and would recommend to others.

My fiancé and I were tentative at first because we had no idea what a Danish marriage would be like, but we are beyond ecstatic that we decided to go with The Wedding Company. Christel and her team were professional, organized, and a pleasure to deal with. We're now married and it was the smoothest process we've ever experienced! I highly recommend you use their service. We had the loveliest time. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful and intimate wedding. It was exactly how we wanted it to be. The castle was amazing and Christel and her team did a fantastic job. We highly recommend The Wedding Company for a fuss-free wedding and most especially for interracial couples like us -German/Filipino.

Despite the complexities of our circumstances and the distance, The Wedding Company was able to facilitate the wedding we wanted in Copenhagen within the time frame we wanted it, with the minimum of fuss and worry. Estefanie is great. Our wedding was smooth and hassle free. Despite of a short period time, she manage to process our wedding with no worries. All the details of our wedding are complete and we didn't encountered any problem. I think we are blessed that we got married in Naestved. It's so very peaceful and initmate. The perfect wedding company, even for same sex marriages! The team, especially Sara had been so patient with our many questions on how and what documents to provide. Back and forth with the City Hall to enquire on our behalf on the documents that can be used for submission to register our marriage. Even went back and got another date for us when our initial date was not available.

They gave gentle reminders to us, prepping us up to the wedding day! On the wedding day, they were there to guide us and direct us to the rooms, be there for us and ensure that we do not miss the event. Explained to us the procedure and helped to ensure that we were given sufficient time to say our vows and exchange of rings, which both processes meant a lot to us.

Their efficiency amazes us! The marriage certificates with apostilles were sent to us within a week! We would recommend anyone who are thinking of getting married in Copenhagen to engage them!

We would like to thank the wedding company for an amazing day, we also would like to thank Rikke Mejl in specific for everything she did for us to make sure our wedding runs smoothly.

We contacted Rikke from Abu Dhabi, she was beyond helpful, she made sure we had the right papers with us and she also helped us get our documents translated, also she chose our ceremony venue, and it was amazing! She also made sure everything runs smoothly and according to plan during our stay. We really cant thank her enough for giving us our dream/fairytale wedding.

A big thank you to Rikke Mejl who truly made our day. We had done a lot of the initial planning for our wedding ourselves, but we realized a wedding planner was needed to make sure everything went smoothly during the wedding and the reception. We didn't want to be thinking of, and worrying about, all the arrangements on the actual day. We met Rikke on the evening before the wedding which really helped establish a bond between us. We discussed all details and her warm, reassuring manner really helped. The wedding day itself went exactly to plan and Rikke was always there discretely anticipating our needs. We highly recommend Rikke Mejl. She and The Wedding Company delivered all expectations.

Rikke Mejl was our wedding planner and she made the registration process easy as our contact with her was through email (as we live in a different EU country). The day of the registration was very smooth and Rikke made it so nice and comfortable for us with her pleasant smile and helping tendency. I would recommend Rikke as a wedding planner for anyone who wishes to get married through the Wedding company.

There were only two small issues. One is the lack of direct mobile contact with the wedding planner and even after arriving in Denmark for the wedding, I had to contact their office and they in turn contacted Rikke. It was annoying because, the arrangement regarding the checking of documents was not confirmed and I had to wait till the office contacted Rikke and she got back to me later through email. Rikke did explain to me that she does not have a work mobile contact. Other issue was lack of email contact for a month in between which I believe was due to a server problem with the wedding company and Rikke was apologetic later about it. I am giving 4 stars because of that . Otherwise it would be a 5 star. Overall, Wedding company is very reliable particularly for those wishing to get married from overseas in Denmark and Rikke Mejl is highly recommended to be your wedding planner.

We started to get in touch with Rikke from The Wedding Company for the details of our marriage in Denmark. She was very straight forwarded with the information sent to us.

And then Yolanda came on board to take care of our plans who had been taking care of it from A to Z. All I can say right now is that we could not have been handled any better.

Any complications that we have had during this process of getting married was purely from our side and Yolanda went out of her way to take care of it for us. I can assure that she does this with every case and makes sure that she's there to finish the job she's entrusted with and wont stop till its done.

The Wedding company is very lucky to have such as an amazing person working for them and she really brings out the core motto of the company's profile and DNA with her abilities.

Yolanda, we thank You, Marianne and The Wedding Company from the very bottom of our hearts and will be forever grateful for the efforts you and your team have put into getting us married.

My wife and were just married a couple of days ago. This Company was great. We had the pleasure of working with Louise, she was very proactive, on top of everything quick to respond to emails, and even came out on our wedding day to ensure a smooth time!
