Great service, ordered a watch and they didn’t have it in stock. I was called to explain there maybe a delay. When I explained it was for 21st birthday they did everything they could to source the watch I wanted and it was delivered on time. Great customer service would recommend this company. The first Omega Speedmaster we ordered had a little bent minute hand and was exchanged immediately within a few days. The second one had a warranty card number that did not match the number on the watch. This was also corrected without any problems.
Everything very well handled on the phone and by e-mail.
