We recently purchased a van from The Van Hub and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Max was great to deal with – communication was clear and prompt throughout, and all the agreed deadlines were met.

The van was exactly as described and very competitively priced. As part of the purchase, they carried out a new service and also completed the remedial work highlighted in the previous MOT (rear brakes and a replacement light cluster). This was all done quickly and included within the agreed price, which we really appreciated.

The whole process was very smooth and streamlined. As a busy company ourselves, efficiency is important to us, and The Van Hub made everything straightforward and hassle-free.

We also opted to have the van delivered, and the delivery team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with.

Overall, a really pleasant buying experience and a company we would happily recommend.

Poor communication during purchase of van which then became non existent when trying to resolve issues/make a warranty claim. Van Hub were made aware of issues in July 2025, it is now September with no sign of resolution. Despite emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls over several weeks we have received no response. Van also arrived without spare wheel and jack kit which is yet to be resolved - would not recommend

I bought a VW transporter a long time ago and there was a warranty issue directly from the manufacturer. The van hub took full responsibility and helped me get it sorted and I think this shows what a great team they are, very trustworthy and I will definitely be buying another van from them.

Really good selection of vans to choose from. Russell & Paul were very helpful & never pushy.
All the vans were in good condition, clean & well presented.
We won't hesitate to use them again as our first port of call when the next company van needs to be replaced.
It's how buying a van should be - but rarely is!

A big thank you to Russ for arranging a great deal on the transit custom we purchased and taking our van in as a part exchange. The handover was really simple and stress free with Paul showing great knowledge on the functions and gadgets of the van. A great range of vehicles at very competitive prices.

Dealt with Paul when looking for a new Van Really great guy, not pushy and gave me a fair price for my old van. After picking up the van i noticed it had a bit of a rattle, so i contacted Paul and he told me to bring it back and they would sort it, which they did to my full satisfaction.
Its been a pleasure dealing with a professional company with professional staff.

I found the exact van I was looking for at Van Hub at a sensible price and in immaculate condition. Paul was brilliant to deal with all the way from my initial enquiry to being handed the keys. I was sent two videos of the van before travelling to view it which were thoroughly described and honest. The process was entirely hassle-free and the sales transaction took no time at all. Paul's personable approach was refreshing and he's an asset to the company. I'd highly recommend Van Hub to anyone looking for a great quality 'nearly-new' van but without the main dealer pricing!

Bought a van last week from The Van Hub and picked it up today. I can honestly say these guys are FAB. The whole experience has been brilliant - absolutely easy, professional and enjoyable process. Paul is a top guy - honest, friendly, great comms - cannot praise him enough. Great range of vans available - all from a great source and with a good warranty left. They went above and beyond to ensure our new van was in tip top condition for collection. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They get a 10/10 recommendation from us.

I telephoned the van hub last week enquiring after a van.
I spoke to a salesman called Paul.
He was very helpful in what sort of van I was looking for .
And sent me a video of my van of interest.
I went up today to view, and was met by Paul who showed me the van I was interested in.
It was exactly as described, so I asked if I could have today ,of which he obliged.
We sat in the showroom, and he did the invoices and I transferred payment.
It was such a smooth transaction with no boisterous pushy sales people,
I was offered a drink more than once and given time to read emails that were sent.
Highly recommend this company, very very easy to deal with , and plenty of variety of vans to choose from.

Fantastic Company, From the moment I made the call to Paul, he was excellent.
On the day of collection, he took his time to show us around the van and gave us all the information that we needed.
I was a bit worried that Paul would rush us in to a sale but to be honest, he was the opposite and was super.

What a great company, having purchased and picked up my new van within 24 hours, these guys were outstanding from the off. Paul, had sent me 2 great show round videos in great detail which when travelling from a distance really helps. once at the show room, the van was as perfectly described. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Massive thank you to Paul, he was outstanding from the start to finish. A true asset to the company.
