Avoid
The sale of the car was great, no pressure. The ladies at Abercynon garage are lovely, Angharad is amazing. BUT the after sales team are an absolute joke. They sound like they haven’t a clue and apparently couldn’t find me by name, address, make/model of car and car reg, on there system so refused to let me speak to the garage (who had my car) even though I had been asked to call them back. I will not be recommending TCW to anyone. Absolute sh*tshow! Very disappointed.

It's funny how all the good reviews are about the staff who ask to take your phone to write a good review themselves. And there is no good reviews about how good the cars are. It's just bad reviews after bad reviews about how bad the cars are. People don't waste your money. Worst company I have ever dealt with! And stop flagging my reviews as you know I’m right
