The ease of getting through the front gates, purchasing drinks and the amazingly helpful staff who showed us to our seats was perfect. The arena has amazing sound and seating, making it great from any angle. The info emails/texts make a big difference in taking the stress out of finding the right entry etc. Love the service!

The venue was an amazing place, had really efficient entrance once doors opened and also had seating in an ideal space where I could still see the stage which was ideal. Booking was easy with ticket merchant, just had to transfer tickets to my account, so simple. Absolutely loved the show it was incredible.

Purchased tickets a week ago .Show in 2 days .No tickets!!!.Contact person keeps saying today or tomorrow.Cant say when.This is a most unsatisfactory and stressful situation .In addition I seemed to have paid a premium when normal tickets were available at an authorised seller.Never again Ticket Merchant.

and put out of business

First time at the venue. Easy entrance into the venue, good staff and security services. The view to the stage is awesome wherever you are standing along with easy access to the bars. And the sound is incredible in there, if you are looking for a smaller intimate concert experience this place was amazing. Such a beautiful building and I will definitely be looking out for more events here when I’m in Melbourne next.

Was super easy to navigate, our tickets hadn’t arrived a few days before the event but I emailed ticket merchant and they responded within an hour with the tickets. The event was so awesome, I’m glad I could get these tickets otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to go.

It is so easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. The booming process and collection of tickets is efficient and great communication on the website makes it so much easier.

The night was amazing! The line up before the event was next level but the que moved through so quick & efficiently. The night was incredible, the venue is unique & the performance from Cameron Whitcomb was incredible! 100% recommend all round!

Had an unreal time at Cameron Whitcomb last night — such a good atmosphere and he absolutely killed it live. You can tell how much passion he puts into performing and it made the whole night really special.

Only little side notes would be that the alcohol and merch prices were pretty steep, which was a bit of a sting, but overall it didn’t take away from what was an awesome show. Would definitely go again.

Phil Rosenthal was entertaining and uplifting. Loved the storytelling and life philosophy. Always a joy to go to the Palias Theatre.

Good communication, reliable delivery of tickets but limited choice of seat location during the purchase, but they got me my tickets and I was pleased with the service overall..

Tickets were easy to buy, and there seemed to be plenty of extra information about the venue, location, and accessibility. Only issue was accessing my tickets was little bit tricky as despite saying they would be emailed to me I received nothing. Thankfully u can access ur tickets from ur profile on their website, would just have been better if they were actually sent to me.

I was sceptical about these tickets on ticket merchant BUT the seats were amazing - second row - at an amazing price! I thought I had been put in the wrong spot. The secure payment - PayPal - was why I decided to buy off the site, rather than just straight credit card.
