Great course delivery

I recently completed the CSAS course, which ran for three days, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Neil, our instructor, was exceptional. His attentiveness and dedication truly made a significant impact on our learning.

Neil’s teaching style is highly engaging and effective. He has a remarkable ability to break down complex concepts and make them accessible and understandable. Throughout the course, he was always available to help and answer any questions, ensuring that no one was left behind.

I particularly appreciated how Neil tailored his approach to meet the needs of each student, offering additional support where necessary. His enthusiasm and passion for the subject were evident and made the learning experience enjoyable and motivating.

Overall, Neil’s expertise and supportive teaching methods greatly enhanced the course, and I left with a solid understanding of the material. I highly recommend Neil as an instructor for anyone considering this course.

Neil was a great teacher and i really enjoyed learning with him and the way that he held the course was really engaging and i cant wait to do other courses if his teaching.

I’ve just had a session with Jamie Chambers on Problem Solving and Decision Making and it was great, so interesting and a great basis for further learning

Jamie is very engaging from the outset with clear expectations a boundaries. He has good knowledge and understanding of the coaching modules and in spite of a rocky start to the course (not Jamie's fault) I have found the workshops incredibly informative. I have knocked one star off because I find sitting in Zoom meetings very draining, but I totally understand why the course is delivered in this way.

Jamie is wonderful, informative and funny and makes learning fun. He makes sure everyone is comfortable and is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand before he moves on.

My final tutor was great 5/5.

Nicola Dulson tried to accommodate everything I requested to be able to succeed with this qualification, thank you Nicola ♥ I will miss working with you. I couldn't have gotten a distinction without her.

I will say, it took a month to provide a tutor once my original one resigned. This delayed my work as it was assignment-dependent and if I was any slower I would've finished later than I wanted to due to this. In addition, it took three months for them to enrol me once I started my job role. This meant I was on an apprentice wage, job title etc. for three months longer than necessary due to this process.

Other than what I've mentioned, they are extremely helpful and do develop you, also offering free additional guidance (courses for example) during your apprenticeship. It is worth the development if you are completing through a scheme.

Mark Swales is a huge asset to the Tess Group. His tutoring is second-to-none and his approach is fantastic. He makes tutor sessions fun, interactive and ensures that you fully understand what is required at all times. Mark is extremely attentive, his response time is super-quick, and this is very helpful when you have any questions/queries.
If you have Mark as a tutor, you will go far! Thank you, Mark, for all your help & support throughout my apprenticeship, you have been fantastic and made going back into education very enjoyable!

I recently completed my Level 3 Team Leading course and had the pleasure of having Jason Davies as my skills coach. Jason was extremely helpful in our time together and helped to make sense of how to link the assessment criteria to my job. Jason was available regularly if I needed guidance and offered constructive feedback throughout. Would definitely recommend him!

Unfortunately, I had changed Tutor 3 times that made it hard to adjust to the different teaching styles they had, but all the Tutors where great!

I really appreciated the amazing support I received during my apprenticeship from Mark Swaz! He worked with me to understand how I worked (and worried) to help me get the best out of my apprenticeship and make it work for me. He was amazingly supportive and made such a difference. The apprenticeship created opportunities to learn more about things I thought I already had covered and pushed me to develop myself, my confidence and my abilities. The group who I studied with became such a supportive environment who really understood each other which was a brilliant thanks too. Thanks again for everything Mark!

Mark Swales was a massive help with my apprenticeship training, the help I needed was given and he supported me as much as he could, giving lots of informative details and was very patient with me and understood how I worked/learned and adapted his approach in teaching.

I recently participated in an apprenticeship program from TESS group with an amazing coach Jason Davids, and I can't praise the experience enough. The program gave me practical skills and knowledge in my field, while the coach guided and supported me. The program had a perfect balance of theory and hands-on training. The coach was exceptional, providing mentorship throughout. He had expertise, knowledge, and dedication. Always supported me and gave feedback.
