The delivery of the course was great, Neil did an amazing job at keeping the class engaged through his teaching techniques. The presentations were delivered over the week which made it easier to intake the information. Definitely enjoyed this course compared to previous classroom training.

Neil was a great trainer really enjoyed his methods of training and like his accent. Was a good balance of PowerPoint, group involvement and activities.
One main bad thing is the travel/location of the building. Took a little while to get to.

A good mixture of slides and trainee participation. Well put together and rolled out. Was engaged throughout. Props to Neil. A massive posible for the course. Some of the questions in the final exam are in need of renewing. Otherwise all good and straightforward to follow.

My experience was absolutely amazing. My training was competent professional had a good sense of humour and acknowledged good work. The session was engaging full of group activities team building exercises and a safe place to give your opinion and share your knowledge

My experience being great was definitely down to the trainer Neil Richards. I enjoyed the group work and Neil was able to break down the PowerPoints so well despite the content being so dense. He made sure we were all engaged and tried to implement fun activities which bettered my understanding and got me to feel comfortable with the class because I didn’t know anyone prior.
