Great session

Jamie is great and makes me want to learn more about leadership. The training session is very relaxed and enjoyable. Jamie encourages us to give our opinions emphasing that there’s no wrong answer

I really enjoyed my delivery session with Jamie today. I understand clearly the tasks that I will be required to do as a part of the apprenticeship programme. I’ll look forward to my next session. Thank you!

Neil and Andrew make a great team

Neil and Andrew make a great team! I enjoyed this course. Both trainers were clear, enthusiastic and helpful. They even managed to take into consideration my learning style and were flexible with time for childcare requirements. For so much information, they made it easier to retain by keeping the class engaged with humour and relatability. Thanks guys! Definitely gold standard

Brilliant

Doing the CSAS course it was great the trainers where brilliant. Neil delivered the course where he listened to my needs and gave me the confidence and reassurance that we could achieve my CSAS qualification together.

Our Trainer Neil was fabulous explaining everything we needed to know and equipping us with the knowledge and skills to do a great job going forward. The class was interactive and fun.

great instructor!

The instructor (Neil Richards) was very easy going and informative. He was direct but not firm - so the content was made easier to learn, understand and implement in our work and future roles. He made it clear what can and can’t be done in mentioned roles.
