Caroline at the Bedford tanning shop always makes my visit enjoyable, As soon as you walk in she welcomes you with a bubbly smile! Caroline has a great knowledge of the products and takes the time to explain the product to you.

Leeds Headrow Store
Leeds Headrow Store: Red Light, Cryo & Claire 5⭐️
Recently damaged my MCL, and as part of my recovery have been doing multiple weekly sessions of red light and cryo at the Leeds headrow store. I can confidently say that doing these noticeably improved my pain levels, on days when I hadn’t done it my pain was higher. The difference was noticeable, so that’s great, but what is truly fantastic is Claire the manager of this store.
I’ve never seen anybody work harder, how she manages to single handedly field about 20different things happening at once, while also remembering all of the regulars and giving them the friendliest of welcomes but also taking time to talk new people through the services on offer. Because I was on crutches, she incredibly patiently and kindly helped me with my mobility issues (not at all part of her job!) and made sure that I was comfortable during each of the treatments. I cannot thank her enough, nor commend her enough. Her pay should be tripled as she seemingly does the workload of about three people!

Shrewsbury store
Cleaning is great, the shop looks good and not too busy. Prices are competitive and there are always good deals. However, the opening times on Sundays must be change. I went tonight at 5:30 and the door was locked. The front displays says that it's open until 6pm. Then, politely I've been told that the last customer is at 5:20pm. So?. The staff are very friendly with the exception of one that never smile, never says hello. All she always says is "put your finger..." Mmm, that's not very welcoming. I think she needs some proper training and supervision.

Caroline at the Bedford store
Caroline at the Bedford branch was so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very passionate and hard working! I'm not new to tanning, but I have had bad experience with feeling quite anxious in other stores around other people and Caroline put me at so much ease. She was so bubbly and friendly that I actually walked out wanting to go back! Tanning isn't just about the tanning, it's about those 15 minutes you take for yourself to relax and feel good, and Caroline was 100 percent part of that.

Great Value for Price Paid
Braintree, Essex. Staff are professional, courteous, educating and efficient. Property is clean and well maintained. Both stand up and lay down units are available.
I use the luxura JEWEL EQ45 bed which has UV-A & UV-B, red and yellow LEDs that promote collagen production, vitamin D and a great all over tan.

Exceptional Service
I’ve been a customer at the Bedford store for a while and I must say that the standards have improved magnificently. Since the new management has taken over, the store is super clean and the staff are so friendly.
I was served today by Paige and Caroline who were exceptional and so accommodating as I did not have an appointment. I cannot wait to return.
