A unknown person used my credit card to…
A unknown person used my credit card to fraudulently purchase a shirt from Supermade. Requests to stop the purchase were ignored by Supermade. Weeks later the shirt arrived. The customer service has placed barriers to a return and refund. As time marches forward they refuse to acknowledge the charge back as resolved ultimately refusing to provide an address to return the product I didn’t order but have now paid for. Other reviews reporting that a refund is virtually impossible is correct. The bottom line is if you order merchandise it will arrive weeks latter and if you try to return the product Supermade will not return your money

Scam
Scam, stay away. Ordered two items, first item arrived and was so far from what was ordered it ended up in the trash as returns need to be sent to China and shipping cost come from the customer. We attempted to cancel the 2nd order prior to shipment and they sent us back and email requesting us to double think the request and then to send an email back if we were "sure", obviously buying there time, we sent an email back again requesting to cancel and days later they stated that since they now have shipped the item and therfore could not be cancelled anymore.
Customer service is awful, clothes are awful, experience canceling was horrific. This was an entire waste of hard earned money.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience – misleading product listing and long shipping delays
Unfortunately, my experience with Supermade has been very disappointing.
I placed my order on July 23rd. More than three weeks later, two of the items from my order still had not even been shipped.
To make matters worse, one of the items I did receive was the wrong color. I ordered the pink/camo sweatpants, based on the product image shown on the website. However, I received the green version.
When I checked the product page again, I noticed that the color options were incorrectly labeled. When selecting the pink-colored image, the product was labeled “Green,” while selecting “Green Camo” showed the pink version. As a customer, there was no reasonable way to know that the labels were switched. I have screenshots showing this.
When I contacted customer service, the initial solutions offered were to keep the wrong item in exchange for a coupon or a small partial refund. None of these options actually solved the problem of receiving an item I did not order.
After further communication, they eventually offered the possibility of an exchange or a full refund, which I appreciate. However, I still find the overall experience very frustrating.
The combination of incorrect product information, receiving the wrong item, and extremely long shipping delays has left me quite disappointed with the shop.
I hope Supermade improves both its website/product listings and its shipping process, because the products themselves looked promising, but the overall customer experience has unfortunately not met my expectations.

Bought shoes for my daughter
Bought shoes for my daughter. Indicated size 9 in women, received size 42, which is not size 9 in women. I am trying to return those shoes but they of course will not refund the shipping i paid. They also request to ship the item to China and pay for the shipping charges. This was their error. So after doing all that I lose 50% of what I paid. Will never use them again. EVER

Disappointing experience
I ordered clothes from Supermade about a week ago from UK . Their website states delivery takes around 5–10 days, but my order is still being prepared and hasn’t even been shipped yet.
I’ve tried contacting them through their website, where they claim they’ll respond within 1 business day, but I still haven’t received proper help. Cancelling the order and getting a refund also seems almost impossible.
Really disappointing experience so far. Save your time and money I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Supermade.

I ordered on the 12th July 2 items to the UK. Their website says 5-10 days business days however I looked into it on the FAQ it says international 7-15 days so don’t advertise it on the checkout as 5-10 days when it’s clearly not.
Today the 4th August -I received one item about 5/6 days ago and the other one I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them, 0, despite the multiple emails I have sent aswell. Their website even states this- “We’ll get back to you within 1 business days.” Honestly ridiculous ans can’t believe it.
