Four months of "your case is under review"
Returned two T-shirts on 12 May 2026 by registered mail, at my own expense, after the return was approved. Four months later I have neither the items nor a refund.
An official postal inquiry (CN08), closed on 12 June 2026, showed the parcel was held at customs in Guangzhou because Supermade failed to submit the customs documents for its own incoming shipment. Their own paperwork error – documented in writing since June.
Since then: weeks of silence, identical "your case is under review" replies with no deadline, repeated requests for information I had already sent months earlier, and a supposed investigation carried out with a mistyped tracking number that could never have returned a result. Nobody has ever acknowledged the mistake was theirs.
I had to open a dispute with my payment provider to get anywhere. Ordering may go fine – but if you ever need to return something, expect to lose the item, the money, and several months of your time.

I bought 2 sweaters, same size, different colors. One fit, the other is too small. These sweaters are thin, overly priced, and cheaply made. I would return both of them and never order again but they are for my granddaughter. It’s taking forever for them to approve the return request for the one that’s too small. This is the world’s worst company to deal with. I strongly recommend everyone not to buy anything from them.
As most of theirs orders not match your sizes even if you check their online size chart. I placed an order for a black jacket and as usual it was small and I asked for return and after 5 days they sent me an email that follow the link and use any carrier to return it. I packed the jacket but there was no link how to return it. After sending 5 emails of how to return and please send me the link, I didn’t get anything and now it’s already been 15 days and I haven’t received a single email from them. So I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from them as you will be stuck like me. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE

A unknown person used my credit card to…
A unknown person used my credit card to fraudulently purchase a shirt from Supermade. Requests to stop the purchase were ignored by Supermade. Weeks later the shirt arrived. The customer service has placed barriers to a return and refund. As time marches forward they refuse to acknowledge the charge back as resolved ultimately refusing to provide an address to return the product I didn’t order but have now paid for. Other reviews reporting that a refund is virtually impossible is correct. The bottom line is if you order merchandise it will arrive weeks latter and if you try to return the product Supermade will not return your money
