I never received my pillowwhich was ordered 2 months ago, even though it was supposedly sent to me 3 times. Last time I was offered to have it sent to my workplace. It has been 2 weeks now and I have not received it yet. I requested a refund and never got any email back on that. Their app for tracking your order is very difficult to use and misleading. Never got a tracking reference for the last 2 deliveries and therefore did not get any notice on when to pick it up.

Received two amazing pillows from the Sleepshop Athlone. Best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great service also! Lily Agg

I Bought 2 mattress from David.Who was extremely helpful and so so very nice.No problem with delivery and also the driver was very nice and chatty .He put them in the rooms upstairs and took away old ones. Would highly highly recommend anyone looking for mattress to go to the sleep shop athlone. Highly Recommend 😴😴

Needed new beds and matresses, David looked after us as soon as we entered the shop and really listened to what we needed and we got a good discount as well. So happy with the delivery, my two sons are also really impressed with the mattresses. So comfortable. David just took care of us, delivered great customer service and made the whole experience painless.

We were looking for a closet bed, headboard and mattress, visiting several of shops in and around Athlone. David of the Sleep Shop, in a very professional and friendly way, showed us a number of options for each, including the manufacturer, features and benefits of each, including price, unlike the other stores we visited. This enabled us to select the combination for our exact needs, including the our pocket.
They were delivered on time, precisely as we ordered and the deliver driver assembled it all ( with minimum help from me and took all packaging away.

I ordered a latex mattress topper several months ago. I was delighted with the comfort of it. I have just ordered and received a second one (single). They both arrived very well wrapped and in good order. David at the Sleep Shop has always responded promptly to any queries I had, and I would certainly buy with confidence from him again. Excellent service!

We were recommended to David by a friend. And after a couple of minutes, it was easy to see why they recommended him.

His knowledge of what we needed, his understanding of our budget in which he did everything he could possibly do to fit what we required in that budget. He recommended that we go with a two and a three which now sits perfectly in our new sitting room, and the king bed and mattresse has made sleeping so much easier with our new born.

What I would like to praise David for most, is his personality. Everything from the second we walked in wasn't just about the sale, but about getting to know us, and that made it so much easier for us.

I have previously ordered bamboo pillows for both myself & my family and was really pleased with them. I recently began a new job in Italy on a yacht and being away from home for long stints at a time it's nice to create home comforts. I called David & he remembered me from my previous order & was more than happy to help me ship my pillows to Italy the very next day! Incredible service!
