All perfect: delivery, quality of the mattress and comfort.

A few hiccups,wrong mattress delivered but you couldn’t fault the customer support they were so helpful.I have yet to deal with a company that has shown outstanding customer support as Natural Sleep did.Hats off to the delivery guy who got the mattress upstairs like a Scottish caber champion. We would have no problem recommending them also the mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive Thank god I’m retired I don’t have to leave it early in the morning 👍

We bought a four foot adjustable bad for my 89 year old mother in March 2025
Excellent lady at initial call and excellent staff in the showroom.
The bed was really easy to use ,had two height options and delivery was exactly when they said.
Things to know!
Fitted sheets for four food beds are available in a range of colours from Next,can be ordered on line.
If there is a health need ,you may reclaim VAT,this can take up to three months to receive back.
My mother didn't get to enjoy her bed for very long,just three months,but it improved her quality of life and our ability to care for her immeasurably in the time and was a brilliant buy.

From the ordering to delivery and the mattress itself, everything was absolutely excellent.
As someone who is very sensitive to all kinds of chemicals, the Natural Sleep approach is an absolute godsend.
I can't thank you enough for producing such a fantastic, high-quality mattress that doesn't cause me any problems whatsoever.

We found Natural Sleep after having a not very good experience with another well known and cheap brand that gave us a couple of styles of mattress but with very strong chemical smells that caused us physical reactions and of course, we had to return them. Researching local brands, we came across Natural Sleep and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, we have rested very well, the delivery arrived on time and gave us a very good service, plus the natural materials make us feel comfortable with the product we have purchased.

We purchased the Spinal Support Mattress and I realise now that I didn't spend enough time researching mattresses; I am waking up with lower back pain every day, and it's affecting me pretty badly. The mattresses itself is wonderful and beautifully crafted, but it's definitely too too firm for me. The salesman in our local independent shop didn't offer much advice, so we just picked one based on a quick first impression. I think I need to consider selling this one and trying another, but I don't know which one.

Initial phone contact was very friendly and helpful. We visited the factory showroom and were very impressed by the reception we received, the products on display and the information about the mattresses. We ordered the organic mattress online ( a very simple process). Delivery was friendly and efficient. The 100 night trial was very reassuring but we won't be returning it. We are very happy with our comfy mattress and would highly recommend it. Thanks again to all at Natural Sleep - a wonderful Irish family business.

Bought the hybrid double. It’s so comfy. And it smells a bit like wool up close when you take it out first. Counting down the hours til bed time. They were great with delivery and really a high-end family run company. I’m delighted! So so glad to have made this investment in my sleep quality and to support a local organic company.

After 20 years sleeping on a futon (!) I decided to upgrade but wanted a really superb quality mattress. I found the Natural Sleep Company and chose their hybrid mattress. I spoke to them on the phone and they were super helpful. Delivery was a breeze (though make sure the guys open the packaging and have the mattress laid out in place as I couldn't have managed that on my own with a King size - too heavy). I'm loving the mattress - it's like sleeping on a cloud.

I'm super fussy, and have extremely high expectations. This mattress was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!!!! I'm in love with my bed. X

You can tell it’s natural no chemical smell at all only the smell of natural wool!

I choose my hybrid double matress as it can be turned. I wanted an organic matress to eliminate as many chemicals as possible.
It was delivered but by one guy and my friend had to ask him to take it upstairs and she carried half of it as she knew I couldn't do it by myself later. I paid to have my old matress taken away too.
It was easy to unwrap and was full size straight away, eliminating the need for a lot of packaging, so eco friendly too from that perspective.
It is super quiet and like sleeping on a cloud. I'm so happy with this, and I'd would recommend it.

The most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. I wanted to buy one without chemicals and fire retardants and was very happy to discover that I could get one made in Ireland. Buying a chemical free mattress is like investing in your health!

I ordered the Essential mattress and am very happy with it. Delivery was very accommodating as I kept having to push it back and it was never an issue. The mattress is super comfortable, delighted with the all natural materials - really helps regulate my temperature at night. It is on the soft side but I find this very comfortable as a side sleeper.

I had been looking for natural mattresses, this mattress stood out as its more than just the cover natural. By chance I passed the factory and made a stop. A very kind receptionist showed me the different natural mattresses and the hybrid is very comfortable. I liked the idea too that the product is made local and fair. It’s firm but not hard, soft but no sinking feeling. I think it is slight smaller than previous IKEA kingsize but it’s much much thicker and it’s made with sheep wool. I am just very happy with it, hope it will last a long time.

I chose Natural Sleep because they don't use toxic fire retardant on their mattresses. I purchased the Essentials single-sized mattress. The product arrived promptly and well-wrapped. It's very comfortable, quiet, and well-made. The logo stitched onto the mattress is a nice touch.

Natural Sleep were very accommodating in addressing my pre-sales questions and went to lengths to liaise with their production manager in order to facilitate my requirements.

Highly recommended.

Upon receiving the product, I covered it with a mite-proof (efficaciously low micron size) zippered mattress encasement made of organic cotton to protect the mattress and extend its life.

I bought the Natural Sleep- hybrid mattress and I am very happy with my choice. I picked this one as it is made from natural materials, is chemical free, and is also made in Ireland. All these things were important to me when choosing a more eco-friendly mattress. It comes very well packaged, delivered right to the bedroom, and expands perfectly to the correct size once the packaging is removed. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on, I would highly recommend it. I bought the Queen size mattress for a King size bed that I had bought from Next, so make sure you measure your bed frame before ordering.

I bought a queen size hybrid mattress for my teenage son from naturalsleep.ie and am very happy with their service and the quality of the mattress. They offer a 100 night sleep trial which was very reassuring however we didn't need to return the mattress as my son loves it!
