I was very happy with the service from the time of ordering till delivery. Constant updates so you never left wondering what is happening to your products . Service was absolutely perfect . Seal your products
The ordering process online went smoothly, I once got hold of someone on the phone to follow up on my order which was due for delivery on the Monday but she could not reach the driver and said she would call me back.. she never did..
On Tuesday I called 5 times each time I tried a different destination either sales, or customer service etc. but no-one picked up and phone call was killed.
That was a bit discerning but I had received my order.
I would feel better if my products has been sealed with plastic around each of them as I felt like anyone can open and use the product that has no seal...

unprofessional
The delivery partner is unreliable and dishonest. They delivered my order to another house in my complex and said they can't reach me on the phone. They told the lady they were going to phone me and tell me to go collect from her. They never called me, she ended up contacting me fortunately and I received my parcel. It was very unprofessional for your courier to give my parcel to strangers without my consent.
