i have been using the anti oil and spot…
i have been using the anti oil and spot serum for a while now yesterday i purchased a new bottle only to find out that the contents of the bottle didnt match the contents of previous bottles it smelt like sanitzer or alcohol im really disappointed after calling customer care and driving up and down i finally got a refund but how does this help me as i still dont have any of the correct serum ...im not sure if i should try other brands or just not continue with these products

THE SILICONE MASKS YOU SENT ME IS WAY TO BIG. SUPPOSE TO ADJUST TO FACIAL CONTOUR AS STATED ON THE PACKING. I HAD IT FITTED ON 3 DIFFERENT FACES AND IT'S WAY TO BIG AND LOOSE ON EVERYONE'S FACE. I ORDERED 2 AND HAD TO PAY R100 FOR THE COURIER. I LOST R300. NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL. I FEEL THAT YOU MUST SEND ME A VOUCHER FOR THE MONEY I LOST TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM YOU. I BOUGHT THE EYE PATCHES AND IS VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

Very unhappy about the moisturiser bottel
It's only my first week of using but I am optimistic. I am however very unhappy with the bottel of the moisteriser!!!! Every time I open it the moisturiser just comes squirting out. I have already lost half of its contens because of that without sqeezing, I even tried to hold it upright but very frustrated and unhappy about that
