Really great product and customer service from first enquiry through to final collection.

Steph was wonderful throughout but when the courier got a bit Sassy, Mark stepped in and stopped me freaking out.

For my birthday the silent disco went down a storm. It was easy enough to set up and the preloaded playlists were fab. (The kids loved the Taylor Swift playlist and the grown ups enjoyed the 90/00s dance stuff.)

Would happily use again.

Super easy process - the karaoke machine was dropped off all packed up and ready to go which was great as we were taking it away to a country house for a birthday weekend. The karaoke was such a HIT with the party - people who swore they would never sing were up doing full performances by the end of the night & those memories will be something we'll have forever. We got massively delayed in traffic on the way back so weren't home for the pick up and Simon was so helpful finding us alternatives. Would definitely use again!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough on our experience. We hired 50 head sets for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary . Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful from the first to the last contact - a special thanks to Louise. The equipment was delivered two days before the event and collected two days after. Headsets were of the highest standard as was the rest of the equipment! We also hired disco lights that were equally successful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from the company from start to finish, the headsets arrived earlier than expected and was very well packed and secure. The equipment was really easy to set up and we had a great event! The headsets weren’t collected when expected but the company kept in touch and did all they could to get them collected asap. Would definitely recommend

We hired 30 headphones and 3x tablets for my daughters 10th birthday. All 30 kids had the best time. Some had never been to a silent disco before and absolutely loved it. The courier arrived/collected as per their instructions, and we are already planning on hiring from them again. Absolutely fantastic company

What a streamlined process it was hiring from The Silent Disco Company. A lovely friendly bunch that were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.
The Silent Disco brought so much fun to our family party. Would highly recommend using this company. You won’t be disappointed.

We have used The Silent Disco Company twice already for 2 consecutive NYE parties, they were really helpful in terms of working around dates for delivery over the bank holiday days and helping us with setting up. Delivery and collection of the kit was very smooth. Equipment was easy to use and set up, a great time was had by all of our guests. We are now going back a third time for a 50th birthday event. 3 different channels give every disco diva a chance to find a song that works for them. And each guest can have it as loud as they can stand through their own headphones! Those at the party that prefer a bit of background music and a natter could still do that without blaring music to shout over. For us we found the cost to be really reasonable too. We used our own play lists and this was so easy to do, you do need 3 devices to connect to each channel but we all have a phone/tablet/laptop that makes this simple to do, often we have a guest that takes over a channel and mixes it up with their own fav playlist they have on their phone. There is so much more equipment on offer too which we have not tried . . . Yet! Maybe at the next party!

Absolutely brilliant! Easy to set up and change songs/playlists of we wanted to. All the guests loved it and it really made the evening special! 😀☺️

I cannot recommend The Silent Disco Co. enough, not only was the actual disco an absolute blast (not sure the neighbours thought so as our groups singing was atrocious!) but the delivery and pick up were seamless too. We had to switch phones around a few times due to the connectors as most of our group had the same phone and therefore all needed the same connector but we got there in the end! I’d used the company once before at a previous Hen Party and when I was asked to organise this one it was a no brainer to have a Silent Disco. We’ve created lasting memories of dancing round the kitchen in our pyjamas whilst singing our hearts out to various different tunes. A great addition to any celebration!

So simple - the box with the silent disco inside was really easy to set up, and worked well all evening. Such good service and the party was great fun. No fuss returning the box at the end too - fully recommended
