Pleasure to deal with even with a problem
When I received my order 1 item was wrong but when I advised them of this they apoligized told me to keep what they sent and then also sent the correct item.

I have one beside my sons bed as well as me and my husband,
I also use my mat for my lap top when it’s on my Lap, I don’t get achy legs any more.
Are use it to charge my essential oils and crystals as well
I also DJ
when I’m at home I like to put my mat on the floor to stand on with Bear feet whilst I am practising.

Such a shame you didnt contact us before leaving such a bad review. We are disappointed that your tile is broken but all orders are sent with Australia Post and receive free insurance up to $100 so this could have easily been fixed if you had contacted us. We do ask you , on our website, to do this if an order has any issues and we can follow up with Australia Post on your behalf. If you would like us to help with this please contact us and we will follow it through for you. Please see the information below that is on our website -
All damaged items should be photographed and all packaging must be kept for a claim to be lodged. All Australia Post shipping comes with free $100 insurance. We suggest taking out the extra Insurance option at Checkout to help with this if your items are over $100. We dispatch hundreds of orders a week and find very few problems occur.
In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please email us immediately upon unpacking the items with photos of any damaged packaging and or items at - info@theshungiteexperience.com.au , we can then lodge a claim on your behalf.

Great taste as no toxins
Washed and prepared material as directed. Placed into a tall glass jar filled then left for 48hrs.
Water tasted normal and there was chemical taste of being cleaned which is great. Happy knowing I'm drinking water that's similar to when I was kid❤❤❤❤❤
