This is the 3rd time I have tried to contact you? You are not returning any of my messages, seems strange as you were very keen to get information. I have done my best to rectify your issues but will have to leave it there.
Also, when you ordered the 1 x packet of shards, there was information enclosed and also a lot of information on the website that can help you.

Lots of information provided on the site, easy to navigate- authentic and the shipping was super quick. Loved all the pieces that I received.
I don’t know if there is any truth with respects to reducing EMF but the pieces - earrings and necklaces look great.
