Not sure what happened with the emails as we didn't receive anything from you. Sometimes, people don't add the .au to the email address. Usually, this is the issue if the email bounces back to you. We also didn't receive a message on our phone from you - if we had, we would have returned your call.
All tracking information is sent by Australia Post; we state this on our website under the Postage information. Sometimes, these can go into your spam folder.
We are glad you received your order and are happy with it. It's a shame you had to leave a 3-star rating, though, as our product and delivery were good. We haven't had anyone else bring up this issue before. This can greatly affect a small business like ours.

Elite Shingite - Awesome Energy
