I would also ask you to read our policy on damaged items. This is on our website, but you may have missed it. See below.
You should photograph all damaged items and keep all packaging for a claim to be lodged. All Australia Post shipping comes with free $100 insurance. We strongly suggest taking out the extra Insurance option at Checkout to help with this if your items are over $100. We dispatch hundreds of orders a week and find very few problems occur. In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please email us immediately upon unpacking the items with photos of any damaged packaging and or items at – info@theshungiteexperience.com.au
We have offered to sort this out - it is a courier issue not us and we have a procedure that needs to be followed. Still, we hope you can.

Light weight earrings that offer peace of mind
I wanted shungite jewellery to wear to work and was delighted to find stirling silver earrings on The Shungite Experience Website. The website is easy to navigate where the jewellery could be enlarged in magnitude, so I was confident of the product. I want to protect myself from microwave radiation and believe shungite is one approach in grounding my energy.

Lovely polished pyramids were easy to order online. My order took much longer than expected to be delivered considering I live 10kms away as it went to Erina then down to a couple of Sydney depos before coming back to the central coast depo and onto the truck for a few days as well. Relieved and happy when it finally arrived now hoping the Shungite does was is meant too 🤩

Thanks for quick delivery. I have your flower of life tile which I put next to me as my wi-fi unit is next to me, I was getting constant headaches but now I’m free and without them. Thanks so much. I ordered a polished tumbler and was a bit surprised there was only one. But if it takes all impurity’s out of my filtered water and more the price is worth it. Only wish I could have afforded elite. These guys were very easy to work with. In the Christmas rush, they accidentally sent the wrong item, and not only did they resend the correct item, they actually upgraded my original order to a more expensive/elaborate item at no charge!
I am now guaranteed brownie points with my wifes Christmas gift!
They have excellent communication, I highly recommend.
