My only note is that a bit more contact with customers would be appreciated but beside that top service!

Excellent service from the Sheriffs! They have been successful in obtaining aged debts when no-one else has been able to, so couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Unfortunately TSO was not able to recover the money owed to me. I cannot really understand this as they had the full debtor's name and address. They were on my case for just under 1 year. So it has cost me more as I had to pay out for a County Court Judgment in the first place.

I would recommend the sheriffs as we had an outstanding amount and they successfully got our money back and more including the interest

The process of trying to recovery monies owed to me seemed so long, inefficient and uncertain until The Sheriff's Office got involved. Quick, efficient, professional and committed. Such a relief during such a stressful experience. Thank you so much.

Although it was a speedy and painless transaction to get my money, (as the person pursuing a company) I was annoyed that I had provided TSO with my bank details in order to pay the collected monies. They instead sent me two cheques which resulted in a delay in getting the money and problems with the bank then having to process the larger cheque.

I would use the TSO again, however the attention to detail is where it matters and where I had provided all the information to speed the process up, and the TSO failing to pay me via BACs, let my overall experience down with them, therefore out of 100% They would only score 95% …

We find they do not chase like they used too and more cases seem to be sent back.
it costs the council a lot of money each year, which is of public funds. this impacts on everybody.

On the whole The Sherrifs office acted as intermediary for collecting the debt, however i was disappointed with their initial involvement and it was I who pursued the debtor and eventually got him to commit yo a monthly repayment programme.
