The service is great.
we’ve ordered now twice from Savanna and both times the delivery was within a couple of days, the packaging is very good and we can’t fault them! We absolutely love savanna cider and so happy we found it in the UK where we can just order online without any hassle.

New delivery partner has let Savanna down. My order of fresh meat arrived a day late in hot weather. Basically cooked in the box. This is the second time. Disappointed.

Quick response, arrived safely and look great. Can’t wait to try this evening.

Ordered case of 6 castle lagers and paid for them but was only delivered a single bottle. Multiple emails sent no reply. Shoddy customer service don’t use.

My order arrived very securely packed and delivered in a timely manner. Was kept up to date about the delivery of my products. Very happy with the whole procedure. Will definitely be ordering again.

The Provita was not in the parcel I only got the Tennis biscuits please refund me for the Provita or send them to me

Appalling customer service.. phoned up the store to tell them that more than half of my gem squash has arrived yellow and overripe and most probably won’t be very edible, only to be told that they don’t deal with customer complaints, and that I have to call the warehouse where nobody seems to care answering a phone!! Very disappointing since I was looking forward to nice fresh gem squash I remember back in South Africa. Won’t order anything from this place again!

Made a large order well in advance of our wedding. Became evident in the days leading up to it the order had been prepared at the time and completely forgotten about. Despite being told at the time of booking that we had free delivery, we had to go and pick it up ourselves, only to discover part of the order was out of date. Although we did eventually receive in-date versions of the products, this was only after we challenged this ourselves twice and were already down in terms of lost time and money from having to chase this up and drive to go and collect it the day before our wedding. No accountability was taken by the staff who repeatedly passed the buck and blamed nameless/faceless others and no compensation was offered.

Well the Boerewor sausage Spot-On !!! We’ve tried other suppliers but this sausage from Savanna will take some beating.

The best service defiantly the best biltong and boerewors. I have tried every South Africa shop in UK. The biltong is moist not to dry has coriander which I love and thin slices. Thank you. I would recommend to anyone.

Very happy with everything I have bought so far just the last order I ordered Pronutro and it was really not nice. The C breakfast had a smell and it was not nice at all. Not too sure if the recipe has changed but it was awful. I actually threw it in the bin. Otherwise Savana is excellent.

I’ve been ordering from The Savanna online as there’s no shop near me, and the service has been excellent. The website is easy to use, delivery is reliable, and they stock all the South African favourites I miss. It’s also been lovely introducing my British‑born husband to these flavours — he’s really enjoying sharing the taste of my home.

Ordered online after a really good experience with the young lad in Waterloo shop. Delicious beef sticks and will be using this company from hence forth for all my biltong and Braai needs :)

The number of people that I know who love Savanna dry cider is endless! To be able to find it was fantastic. Not only that....I'm not a cider drinker, but tried it, and loved it. I really hope you keep on making it possible to purchase. It's gorgeous!
