Order came very quickly, and when I needed to return it because it was the wrong size for me, I got a quick response from their team and they were very catering and forgiving when it took me a while to send back due to me being away. Couldn’t recommend them enough due to their customer service

Paid extra for next day delivery which took two days to arrive. Requested a refund on the extra postage but was politely refused the extra. I appreciate they fullfilled their part of the order and the issue was Royal Mail but surely the customer has rights and the Seller could have claimed the refund from Royal Mail. To flat refuse is terrible customer service. For the sake of a few pounds I will never order again and would not recommend. 3 stars as the item was as described but poor effort on the sellers part
