Everything was ok but tracking number was wrong and took more than 10 days to reach Italy. Tried to call and mail but nobody never answered.

Customer Service was very understanding…
Customer Service was very understanding and made a rather bad experience a good one. I was sold thernlunds gift card saying it can be used online but it was not possible. Calling customer service I realized I had to get the gift card converted into a discount code first which I can then use online. The customer service however refunded me the difference that I paid. So the end result was okay but it would have been nice to have that info on the website which shouldn't be a lot of effort to do.
