Excellent customer service
I buy from the record hub all the time for my husband who loves vinyl. I recently had a wonderful customer service experience as I purchased 2 albums, one was not released yet. I did not realize that the albums would be sent together and one album would not arrive on time. When I explained that I would prefer the albums to be delivered separately but I would pay for delivery, the company sent me the records separately and did not charge me extra. There was no fuss. I’m also disabled and this store helps me buy great gifts for my husband and also support an Irish business. Every time is an excellent shopping experience.
