I really needed to be able to talk to someone to sort out a problem with an e-card
When my E-gift card didn't arrive it took days to sort it out. I really needed to talk to someone about it but I could only email. The company were very apologetic and cancelled and refunded my payment promptly.

I've two favourite record stores. One is in an arcade in the city and the other is online.

They took my money
I ordered a digital gift card but didn't receive it. I contacted Record Hub by email and social media and haven't received a reply to my queries. No shortage of emails from Record Hub with latest offers or asking for reviews though.

I ordered a €50 digital gift card for a…
I ordered a €50 digital gift card for a birthday present and never received the card, code or instructions. It's showing as 'processing' when I check via where's my order on the website.
I've contacted support via the form on the website numerous times and haven't gotten a response. I commented on social media posts asking for help, they just delete their actual post rather than reaching out to get my issue resolved.
The only reason I commented on social media is because there's no other way of contacting them.
I had a bad experience with them a couple of years ago with the Fast Way delivery debacle. This will probably be my last time dealing with them.
