I was recommended through an estate agent and also received an immediate personal response from them through an online surveyors' quotes inquiry. All calls were responded to swiftly - the date suited my timescale and was then even brought further forward from a cancellation. The home report was received swiftly and it was thorough and within the average price range I was expecting. No unnecessary cheeky extras slipped in. The surveyor explained all my queries in understandable language and was very approachable. - good clear communication.

Survey
Aaron was recommended by my estate agent to undertake a survey on a flat I am purchasing. I found him to be very efficient, always returning my phone calls or emails the same day. He is very knowledgeable and went through the various surveying options to enable me to understand and make my own decisions as to which report I needed. . Following the survey he phoned me the same day to go through his findings and followed promptly with the survey report which included photos by email. This was comprehensive and he is always happy to answer any queries I have since had. . His prices are very competitive as well. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing a survey.

Mr. Aaron Daniel's Survey
Mr. Aaron Daniel was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and very thorough.
He flagged up the issues we needed to clarify with our vendor. and produced a very detailed and helpful survey document, complete with photos of non-urgent repairs that we might want to make in the future. Our Survey was delivered within 48 hours. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Mr. Daniel.

Building survey & valuation
I was recommended Aaron at The Real Estate Group for a survey I required on a property purchase. Not only was his quote very competitive but the service was excellent. He was happy to answer any questions throughout the process and was always willing to help where possible. when I thought the sqft in the report was incorrect, as based on the EPC report not due to incorrect measurements on his behalf, we went back to the property within a few days to check the measurements. I would happily use Aaron again and would recommend him to anybody requiring a survey/valuation.

Professional and great customer service
