I have had Botox previously from…
I have had Botox previously from different doctors and clinics. So when I tried therapy clinic blanchardstown village I was instantly impressed with how well the shop is run. All the staff are friendly and more than helpful, Dr Beenish is very professional and so gentle doing the Botox that I do have no bruising afterwards when usually from different doctors I would be left with bruises each time.The results and service are great and this is why I will return here for future treatments and recommend to any of my friends.

Absolute Disgrace!
I am extremely disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled and with the company’s decision not to refund me over £700.
I attended a consultation and purchased a package based on the information provided to me at the time. I later found out that I would not be able to receive the service at the same store and would instead need to attend another location. This was not made clear to me before I purchased the package. Had I known this, I would not have gone ahead.
I cancelled the package and requested a refund, as I believe I was not given clear and accurate information before making the purchase. My complaint was logged and since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for updates.
It has taken approximately almost 4 weeks, and repeated chasing from me, for the company to advise that they will not refund the money. I do not consider this acceptable complaint handling, particularly given the amount involved and the stress this has caused.
The company is relying on a no-refund policy, but my complaint is not that I simply changed my mind. My complaint is that I believe I was misinformed or not provided with important information before entering into the agreement. I do not consider it fair or reasonable for the company to retain over £700 in these circumstances.
I also believe this is unfair from a consumer rights perspective. A no-refund policy should not be used to avoid responsibility where a customer has purchased a service based on unclear, incomplete or misleading information.
Absolutely disgraceful, both morally and ethically!
