Fantastic experience in Therapie Mullingar today. Just by chance I noticed the sign ‘walk-ins welcome’ - the girls were so accommodating and squeezed me in immediately with Dr Dara. I could see the effects within 24 hours. He was so friendly and thorough - I highly recommend Therapie, I have been to multiple different locations and all have been amazing!

It’s time someone called it out.
How can a company in 2026 be allowed to blatantly be so sexiest, the pricing difference between a man and a woman for Botox is ridiculous and no other professional organisation acts like this, it’s so disappointing as I did have a decent experience, however I’ve never been back and won’t go back on principle it’s discrimination as far as I am concerned. And would strongly urge any guy to go else where, where you are treated fairly and not intentionally over charged with unexplainable excuses

Do not trust this company they take your money then not refund you.
Do not trust this company, once they have your money they will not refund you furthermore they copy and paste the same response and when you ask each day for your refund they respond by saying they are looking into it. Over 2 weeks later still the same copy and paste response. When you say you want your money back and are unhappy especially when you simply changed your mind and did not have any treatments. They respond saying they are sorry I feel that way. In no way taking responsibility for holding onto a customers money for over two weeks other than to act unlawfully. Despicable.

I am making a formal complaint about…
I am making a formal complaint about the shocking treatment I received at your Epsom store from the Store Manager.
Her behaviour was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of acting like a manager, she treated me with a lack of courtesy and made me feel unwelcome. I have never experienced such appalling customer service.
When I asked for her name so that I could make a formal complaint, she deliberately covered her name badge with her hand to stop me from identifying her. I found this behaviour disgraceful and completely unacceptable. A manager should be accountable for their actions, not try to hide their identity when a customer asks for their name.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your company. No customer should ever be treated in this way, especially by someone in a leadership position. I expect this complaint to be investigated thoroughly and for appropriate action to be taken. If this is the standard of management in your stores, it reflects very poorly on your company and its values.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
My partner and I deliberately booked our appointments at virtually the same time because we have a small baby. His appointment was only three minutes long while mine is 45 minutes. The whole point was so we only had to make one journey instead of making multiple trips with a baby.
Today my partner received a call saying they needed to cancel his appointment and move it to Saturday because their machine was not working. Clearly the clinic has more than one machine because my 45 minute appointment has been left exactly where it is. What I cannot understand is why they chose to cancel the appointment that literally takes three minutes instead of finding a way to fit it onto another machine or keep us together. It makes absolutely no sense.
Instead of using a bit of common sense and moving my appointment to Saturday so we could still attend together, they have left mine in place and now expect us to make two separate journeys with a small baby. It is completely unreasonable and shows absolutely no consideration for their customers.
Trying to get hold of someone has been an absolute joke. Customer service is virtually impossible to get through to and they refuse to put you through to the Watford clinic. What kind of business cannot transfer a customer to one of its own branches? It is ridiculous.
To make matters worse, when I asked about moving my appointment to match my partner’s new appointment on Saturday, I was immediately reminded of the 48 hour cancellation policy and told I could lose my appointment and my money if I changed it. Yet they had no problem giving my partner less than 24 hours notice, in fact only around five hours notice, when it suited them. One rule for the customer and another for the clinic.
This is my final laser appointment from the course I have already paid for and I can say with complete confidence that I will not be spending another penny with Thérapie Clinic. My partner also has just one session left on his package and after the way we have been treated, he will not be renewing either. You have lost two loyal customers because of your poor customer service, your lack of flexibility and your complete disregard for your customers.
The lack of communication, common sense and customer care is astonishing. Instead of finding a simple solution, you have created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for a family with a young baby. There are plenty of clinics offering the same treatments with far better customer service and that is where we will be taking our business from now on.
One star is generous.
